He was extremely helpful and knowledgable, being able to answer all of our questions and putting us at ease with our first camper purchase! After summer we had to take the camper in to get serviced for a few things, as well as winterized. Stephanie in the Service department took very good care of us! She was on top of it every step of the way, and made the experience very comfortable and personable. We really appreciate the way she handled everything and made sure to keep us in the loop along the way! Thank you so much for taking care of us, end not making us feel like just another $$

After four days you would think someone would have the gumption to look at the service emails and respond. This is just a small glimpse of how this operation is run. Yes, there is an 800 number if I want a faster response. (Apparently, emails aren't worthy of follow up.) As I mentioned this is just a glimpse of how this operation is run. When I bought the camper there was some minor cosmetic damage to a front light strip. I was told to come back after the Christmas/New Year holidays when they had time to correct the problem. When I did come back, at the first week of April, and there were conversations in between, there was collective amnesia. Not only was the amnesia with the salesman and the service department, but as a final insult, they hauled a so-called warranty specialist out of a closet who stated that I had hit something and it was my fault. Nothing was hit. I towed the camper to my front yard and that is where it sat until April. Keystone campers are slammed together and kicked out the manufacturer's door. I expected to do some basic finish repair before I even hit the road. Being insulted as a liar is not what I expected. This is a company that, once the check is cashed and you are out the door, will not follow up, keep promises, or even answer a simple email to winterize a camper. You have heard the term, Mickey Mouse; this is a Mickey Mouse outfit from the get-go. Get everything in writing, or better yet go to a Ma & Pa operation that honors their word and your dollars.
