We had the electric awning on our trailer unroll while on the freeway, and it tore from the trailer, along with the hardware. Fortunately, no vehicle accident resulted. Our insurance company agreed to pay for the replacement, minus the deductible. The dealership in Missoula was months out, so we checked with Eric at Highway 93 RV. He was able to get an original equipment replacement in within a week or two, and installed it promptly. He cut the original price because some repairs that were anticipated weren't needed. That was last year, and the awning works and looks great. He's been in the RV business for years and knows what he's doing.
