Our insurance company agreed to pay for the replacement, minus the deductible. The dealership in Missoula was months out, so we checked with Eric at Highway 93 RV. He was able to get an original equipment replacement in within a week or two, and installed it promptly. He cut the original price because some repairs that were anticipated weren't needed. That was last year, and the awning works and looks great. He's been in the RV business for years and knows what he's doing. Also, if a job isn't suitable for his company, or he's booked up, he'll tell you that. They also have the biggest selection of RV parts and accessories in the Bitterroot.

My battery had to be jumpstarted a couple times today. Avery brought out her testing units, determined that the battery was fine (new), the alternator and starter were also fine.
