I'd give zero stars if I could. They charged me $165 to diagnose a couple issues with my truck. Long story short. I put the truck on own lift and busted them in several lies. They were going to charge me $3305 for repairs, most of which I absolutely did not need. I went back in with photos and invited anybody who wanted to see for themselves to come to my shop where the truck was still on the lift. They all declined my invitation. Dave Heckeroth, the shop manager couldn't refund my $165 quick enough. He got me out of there as fast as he could and wouldn't even discuss it with me. No apology, no explanation, just walked me to the front desk, instructed the young lady to refund my money and quickly scurried back to the shop. How many people have they ripped off? I wish everybody had their own shop with a lift. Most folks are totally at their dealership's mercy. It's criminal and pathetic! I should call the police. read more

After taking my new GMC into Mildenberger for electronic issues 3 times over the course of a year and a half, I finally took their advice and bought a Ford. I got to where I hated to drive the GMC because I knew something wouldn't be working every time I got in it. I couldn't believe they would acknowledge other customers were having the same problem(s) but there were no fixes and they couldn't do anything about it. After my 3rd trip in, they told me a number of their customers were trading getting rid of their vehicles and buying Fords. I did and couldn't be happier. By the way, this was from the service manager, service writer, general manager and best yet was when one of the salespeople complained to me about losing lifelong customers because the Chevy/GMC lineup were having so many problems. 6 weeks ago. bought a used 2012 vehicle from them with supposed low miles at 74K. 6 weeks later engine went out and Mildenberger motors are stating there's nothing they can do for me. Obviously, they do not stand behind the products that they sell. So the thousands of dollars I spent there are going to the junkyard. Thanks for nothing Mildenberger motors. I would encourage anybody if you even think about buying anything from them that's used look at getting some kind of warranty. My fault though for not checking Carfax Until after the fact, Which showed they did not do any work on it or even any inspections of any type when they took it in as a used vehicle. read more

I was told that they don't really do that. I was told that I could order a truck and wait, or buy something off their lot. I am a past GM employee and am very familiar with the buying process, dealer trades, and ordering vehicles, all of which I've done a number of times. I ended up driving 3hrs to a dealership and buying my new truck there. Second, I needed some warranty work and scheduled with Mildenberger service. The day I took my truck in I was called at 4:45pm and told they needed to keep it overnight. They kept the truck the entire next day and then I was told that they needed to order parts and it would be a week. Three weeks later I called to inquire about parts, and was very condescendingly told that I hadn't been called "probably because your parts aren't in!" I guess they are doing so well that they don't need my business. I hope this review helps others to look for a different dealership. read more

Don't buy from Mildenberger- 2011 Traverse was all bad Bad Tire sensor -within 10 minutes of leaving your lot the tire light came on and I call to report with no help Front end rods , leaking steering rack and power steering pump (not covered by "steering warranty" you said we had) the total will be $2720.00 with parts and labor, within 2 months of owning the vehicle and I emailed -no help Heater blower replaced-four months owning Rear tail light/blinker- has gone out twice Passenger side heater stopped blowing hot air, only cold-six months owning Transfer case bad at 8 months read more

I purchased a used car from them that was in excellent shape and with low mileage, and I left very pleased. Unfortunately that car was totaled in an accident and because of my experience I went back to them. That was my first mistake. They put me in an Impala that they claimed came from the local government and took very good care of it. Suffice it to say, the struts need replaced, the tires are going out, the stereo works 90 percent of the time, and the transmission needed to be flushed 3 times to clear it out. Not only that but little odds and ends seem to be wearing out like the dashboard speedometer and power locks. Yes it is my fault for not taking it into my mechanic 30+ miles away, however I had hoped to build a good honest relationship with this company. Never again will I go there. read more
