I have used it for moving items around town and I always get questions about the trailer. When this trailer sits next to another 5000 trailer you see the difference. I don't know how you complain that when I scratch my trailer it goes down to metal. Really when I scratch my truck that happens too. But the good thing about a trailer is you can buy the spray paint at Home Depot and remove your scratches. For what is worth I was looking for another trailer and stumbled onto Yelp and feel it is unfair the ratings Mike received. I would buy another trailer from Mike with no question.

They were going to charge me $3305 for repairs, most of which I absolutely did not need. I went back in with photos and invited anybody who wanted to see for themselves to come to my shop where the truck was still on the lift. They all declined my invitation. Dave Heckeroth, the shop manager couldn't refund my $165 quick enough. He got me out of there as fast as he could and wouldn't even discuss it with me. No apology, no explanation, just walked me to the front desk, instructed the young lady to refund my money and quickly scurried back to the shop. How many people have they ripped off? I wish everybody had their own shop with a lift. Most folks are totally at their dealership's mercy. It's criminal and pathetic! I should call the police.

I had an air-conditioning issue that turned out to be the return line to the compressor having a leak in it (which I pointed out after having found it myself) when they called me back, I was told a quote of $2000 or more for this repair. They told me my condenser was broken. Which really turned out to just be a bracket piece holding it that snapped. I went to AutoZone and bought a return line for $80 and did it myself in 10 minutes when I was told the labor was gonna be six hours. Extremely not happy since he charged me $160 to top off my fluids and called it a diagnostic even though I pointed out the issue. Sure hope somebody sees this so I can get my money back. Not coming back here ever again.

Now, I am trying to resolve the issue with Assistant Service Manager Shane. Hopefully, they will ethically do the right thing. As this was not accomplished the first time. Resolution: Equitable and fair resolution. They will order the required tire. They will absorb half of the cost of the tire and installation. I will incur the other half of the cost of the tire. I do feel this is more than fair under the circumstances. In addition, since they already had my vehicle in the service bay, they did take care of reprogramming both key fobs as when I changed the lock/unlock tone, it disassociated both key fobs. When Googled, apparently, this is a common occurrence. Will I be back for future service . . . we will see after the installation of the tire. Tire installation was quick, accurate and they only charged me their cost for the purchase of the tire. I felt this was fair.

When we first visited it took 5+ hours of sitting in the office waiting for various people IN THE OFFICE to communicate with each other. Should have walked then and there but I was huge pregnant and we needed a car right away. Then the car they approved us for (at more than twice the price we had said we wanted to spend) had a broken center console/seat which the salesman swore up and down would be fixed before we picked it up from the detail/finishing touches folks. It wasn't in the slightest and was if possible even looser and more broken. But the issue that really prompted me to write this review is a title issue. They have had a YEAR to get the title to us so we can register the car again (they let us register it originally as a courtesy because it was within the first month and assumed that they would send the title to the DMV as we had requested multiple times) and are now dodging calls and saying that they will send it to their title person and have them get back to me within a few days. needless to say that has never happened. Tl;dr? They're horrible scam artists, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER AT EVERY TURN!
