The WORST customer service of any bike shop in Calgary. Ordered a plow for my ATV, paid for it…read moreonline and when I showed up to pick it up it was the wrong size. When I mentioned to them that was the wrong blade a lady named Allison told me she would need to look into it with her staff, as if I was lying about the size I ordered. I drove 2.5 hours to pick it up and she offered my $50 off the price - I guess they feel their customers time isn't worth anything. I said that wasn't sufficient and asked if they would ship it to me. Flat out no chance on that. Absolutely zero customer service but at least she had a really poor attitude about it. She also went out of her way to slag another shop (Jack Carter). Great job being a professional Allison. Considering it was the first time I'd been in Cycleworks it was a pretty easy decision to get a refund and leave. Don't waste your time with these guys..their customer service is a joke. Never again and I'll be happy to share that with any other rider I meet.

So I'd have to be doing 80 or more? I took it to another shop and he had it running in half an hour. My bike was mint, I went in one day to find a big dent in my tank, don said it fell into another bike as if "oh well ", he's girlfriend or wife said to me " it adds character ". When I asked what she drove so I could give it some character, she refused to tell me!!!!

I can't say my upper engine rebuild was cheap but the owner stands by his work and my KZ1000 ran great after he was done with it. I believe Universal Cycle is the North American distributor for Draggin Jeans and they carry a wide selection of their products. The front of shop staff and mechanics are a pleasure to work with and that's what keeps me coming back. They have a great selection of used parts but unfortunately one cannot easily browse their used stock.

Took vehicle to get service. They ignored what I asked them to do and charged a very high price for doing basic stuff I could do myself. Why would I pay several hundred dollars to do stuff I can do myself? Its as if they can't be bothered to do the work they are asked to do, or don't take notes or listen to what a customer says and instead do a cash and grab, doing as little service as they can get away with that costs the most bucks. They are a dealer. Shouldn't they know what is included in a service? After realizing the mistake, they wanted to charge me double to include the part of the service I specifically asked them to do. I will learn to do my own servicing from now on at a fraction of the cost because at least I'll know what gets done and I save myself hundreds of dollars doing basic stuff that doesn't require a mechanic. What they did manage to do was OK but now I can't afford to pay them take the vehicle all apart a second time to do the work I asked them to do the first time.

This is in fact highly unlawful. second the price is horrible. spend 800$ on a oil change and they don't even oil the chain. the Pan America itself was a lemon, needed a new engine after 3 months. I told the servhce guys it was having bearing noise and other issues it took them several tries 8 in fact. that's 8 times I got a motorcycle back broken. fiinallu it needed a new engine and they pulled that off before I moved which was awesome. however the support needed there. still haven't had them answer a call or explain the break in period for the new engine. if you want a Harley go to Gasoline Alley Harley Davidson. I would never buy anything from Calgary Harley again. this experience had in fact made my opinion of Harley much more negative. I won't be buying another Harley. and it's no surprise that Harley is going out of business. They treat their customers like shit as soon as the product breaks.
