Drove 45 mins on a Sunday to make a purchase. Google maps lists it as open at 10 am on Sundays. Good waste of 2 hours

I wanted to add a review to counteract some of the poor ones I've read…read more I went to this store last week and had a specific bike I wanted to look at. I was excited to go there as we live out of town and hadn't been there for about five years. I talked to Mike Szeles in the Triumph section and he was very helpful. He was familiar with the bike I was interested and told me had recently been down in Florida for a test ride on it. He was very knowledgable and helpful. He also told me about some of the similarities between the bike and some of the other models they carried. In the end he took down my name and number so he could give me a call when the models arrived. We talked for about five minutes. When I was looking in the clothing and parts sections I was asked if I needed any help. I bought some cable lubricant and the cashier was very pleasant. Overall, I had a good experience there.

I would give it less than one but that's as low as it could go. Service is horrible don't let then…read moretouch your motorcycle. Techs are terrible at their jobs and service managers are just as bad. 3 visits for oil leak off a bike I just purchased and they told me the leak was fixed, first, loose bolt, second stator cover although leak was in front, third they even showed me a picture of the leak coming from a plug weap hole, charged me 300+ to take the picture, no parts removed then wanted another 2 hours labor to diagnose the issue. I looked at it right away, spoke to GW Cycle they advised valve cover gasket and tube O Rings. They fixed it first time, can say enough for GW. Barnes customer services it horrible.

Do not buy a Yamaha boat here. They do not have access to qualified mechanics who can effectively…read morework on jet boats. Our boat has had a persistent issue since day 1. They had our boat September 1-July and only started working on it when we called with a pick up date in the spring. We got the run around and a solid "we think its at 90%". No water test, no follow ups. Well its worse than before. AND our brand new Yamaha boat cover we boat has a hole in it and our dash is not assembled back together properly. We had it first week July in the water and hauled it back Sunday. We told them they had until Friday to see if they could get it done otherwise they can have it back in September. Its Thursday and we get, "its in pieces, you can't pick it up". Sorry no, we get 8 weeks a year to boat in Alberta. Never again, Jack Carter. Jay McKeen, I am disappointed beyond belief.

Took vehicle to get service. They ignored what I asked them to do and charged a very high price for doing basic stuff I could do myself. Why would I pay several hundred dollars to do stuff I can do myself? Its as if they can't be bothered to do the work they are asked to do, or don't take notes or listen to what a customer says and instead do a cash and grab, doing as little service as they can get away with that costs the most bucks. They are a dealer. Shouldn't they know what is included in a service? After realizing the mistake, they wanted to charge me double to include the part of the service I specifically asked them to do. I will learn to do my own servicing from now on at a fraction of the cost because at least I'll know what gets done and I save myself hundreds of dollars doing basic stuff that doesn't require a mechanic. What they did manage to do was OK but now I can't afford to pay them take the vehicle all apart a second time to do the work I asked them to do the first time.
