I read Marcos's reviews ahead of time, so I already knew I was going to be in good hands, but I didn't expect to be even more blown away!! It was almost like as soon as he touched one spot, he knew exactly how much work needed to be done there and how tense he was. Actually, Marcos knew where I was tense more than I did, and as he worked on the rough spots, I felt myself loosen up. He used a lot of techniques that I could tell took years to build up to know how to use. Also, Marcos had a lot of knowledge on how to give a pregnancy-safe massage which made me feel really grateful to be in safe hands. I feel like a new person after this massage. Chris helps me recover much more quickly from sports and work related soreness than I could ever expect on my own. His deep knowledge of the human body and structure leads him to work on all related muscle groups, rather than just targeting the sore areas. He also can explain why your body is feeling the way it is, and can help you with ways to not feel that way anymore. And, on a side note, if you're a 6'1" 240lb guy like me, don't expect a light touch. Chris is able to get down to those knots and twists deep in the muscle tissue, which in my experience many therapists are unable to do. Aside from that, Chris is a very friendly, approachable, and like-able human being. I always enjoy my time there, often discussing the latest in movies or whats happening in modern spaceflight.
