My wife and I ate here our first evening in Bellagio and were happy to be seated right away for an early dinner in the restaurant area, which is down some steps at the water's edge compared to the pizza lounge which is up at street level. We had some odd interactions with our waiter who altered our order for a bottle of wine. We ordered a Tempranillo but he brought us a fruitier red blend. The red blend was more expensive but he charged us the same price as the less expensive bottle we actually ordered. This was not communicated well and we spent our entire dinner wondering if we had been up sold to a bottle of wine that was $20 more expensive than what we had wanted to spend. It all worked out but we were confused and tried not to let it spoil our evening. The food was fantastic. My wife had steak and I had the octopus. Both were well prepared and beautifully plated. It's particularly fun to sit and watch the water. Just know that the ferry terminal is next to the restaurant so if you're looking for an unobstructed view of Lake Como, you'll be disappointed once every fifteen minutes or so. We enjoyed the ferry activity. It was impressive watching the expert skills of the captains navigating the lake and dock. Overall, a fun experience despite some confusion.

We stopped here for lunch during our day trip to Lake Como. The service was good and I was really excited to about ordering the pumpkin ravioli. But when I tried it I was very disappointed. It was very bland and lacking salt and seasoning. I did however enjoy the cup of tiramisu I ordered at the end of lunch. The cream was smooth and flavorful and the cocoa powder on top was not too much. Overall 8.75/10 for the tiramisu.

We ate in the lower terrace and the food and service was outstanding service. Fabio was our waiter and was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. The view of the lake is more than enough to make this place special but to have outstanding service makes it all that more special.

Ridiculously bad service, just OK food. Only 1 guy can take credit card and he is running around to at least 40 tables.

It is a mom & son owned restaurant with warm and welcoming service. While the menu is not too expansive, what they do have to offer makes up for it in quality, taste, and freshness. I would come back again and again. One of the best hidden gems of Bellagio. Not pictured here, but order a salad with your pastas! We enjoyed the Mediterranean one and made our own dressing with the balsamic vinegar and olive oil table side. Amazing meal.

It's a small operation that does it right. I had the most incredible bruschetta of my life. A white buffalo style creamy cheese layered on toasted bread with fresh, red full flavored tomatoes. This is not the traditional version but order it. Their wild boar pasta was excellent along with the cacio and pepe pasta. The pasta was cooked to perfection. The service was good, kind owner, cutest location and small menu is delicious. How this is flying under the radar I'm shocked. We ate at some of the highly touted restaurants and were underwhelmed by other reviewers recommendations. I loved, loved this small, precious and special little gem.

The particular alley it was on was not as bustling as the others and the outdoor tables looked inviting as we passed by. We ended up dining inside, where we could be seated immediately. The decor was impressive and fun. We went with a local buckwheat noodle dish (pizzoccheri), which had a very unique and earthy flavor. Recommended to grind fresh pepper on it before enjoying. Worth trying if you're adventurous and want to familiarize yourself with the cuisine of the Valtellina valley. We also had a more classic red sauce pasta (lasagne al ragù di carne). Very thin, light, and elegant noodles in both dishes. An excellent portion size for lunch. Service was attentive and outstanding.
