    Yummy yummy!

Meat and cheese options are delish. We sat outside on a lovely night. Wine prices are inflated and the whole experience seemed very catered to transactions with tourist. We don't mind as we are tourist but we found better wine shops during our trip. If you're in the bellagio area and need a snack and wine tasting check this place out! If you're looking to send wine home, check somewhere else out.

absolutely cannot recommend this place enough. phenomenal food, incredible wait staff, extensive wine list, open late, and so accommodating. we came to como with no clue about nearly all businesses shutting down for the season so we got really screwed for dinner and came into bellagio hoping to find anything open and went to a restaurant who told us they were closed, as were all the restaurants in the area, but that there was this little wine bar that serves cold cuts and cheeses and possibly some dishes that is open until midnight and that we should try that, so we did and it was the best meal and experience we have had thus far on our journey through italy. and it was so cheap! we ordered 2 glasses of chardonnay, the roast beef carpaccio appetizer, the meats and cheeses board with honey for 2, and the ricotta ravioli and it came out to only €82, and for quite literally the best wine i have ever tasted and some of the best food. please give this place a visit if you're ever in the area!!!!!

When in Lake Como should you: A) search for George Clooney B) stop at yet another wine bar for even more food and wine C) all of the above. We went with C and stumbled upon one of the most beautiful hidden gems in Italy. This wine bar was a dream in the middle of Bellagio, which is one of the most picturesque towns you can visit in northern Italy. We were randomly wandering around the streets wondering if we should start making or way back to the ferry when we saw Casa Turacciolo Enoteca. At first glance inside, we knew we were catching the later ferry. We decided to do the wine tasting and a fromaggio and salumi plate. Beware the "wine tasting" is more like half glasses of wine rather than small little pours. And we were allowed to revisit our favorites! Ah this was the best wine bar ever. The owner was a delight and the service was on point. He spent a lot of time going over each wine with us. Truly a special experience

We stopped in at StappaTappo Enoteca (same owners) in Lezzeno and it was literally the highlight of our entire trip to Lake Como. Andrea was our host and he was seriously THE BEST- such good wine recommendations and just general great things to do in Como. Lezzeno is such a cute little town, it's worth it just to see Andrea here- I can't wait to come back next year!

    Great atmosphere

It is a mom & son owned restaurant with warm and welcoming service. While the menu is not too expansive, what they do have to offer makes up for it in quality, taste, and freshness. I would come back again and again. One of the best hidden gems of Bellagio. Not pictured here, but order a salad with your pastas! We enjoyed the Mediterranean one and made our own dressing with the balsamic vinegar and olive oil table side. Amazing meal.

It's a small operation that does it right. I had the most incredible bruschetta of my life. A white buffalo style creamy cheese layered on toasted bread with fresh, red full flavored tomatoes. This is not the traditional version but order it. Their wild boar pasta was excellent along with the cacio and pepe pasta. The pasta was cooked to perfection. The service was good, kind owner, cutest location and small menu is delicious. How this is flying under the radar I'm shocked. We ate at some of the highly touted restaurants and were underwhelmed by other reviewers recommendations. I loved, loved this small, precious and special little gem.

The particular alley it was on was not as bustling as the others and the outdoor tables looked inviting as we passed by. We ended up dining inside, where we could be seated immediately. The decor was impressive and fun. We went with a local buckwheat noodle dish (pizzoccheri), which had a very unique and earthy flavor. Recommended to grind fresh pepper on it before enjoying. Worth trying if you're adventurous and want to familiarize yourself with the cuisine of the Valtellina valley. We also had a more classic red sauce pasta (lasagne al ragù di carne). Very thin, light, and elegant noodles in both dishes. An excellent portion size for lunch. Service was attentive and outstanding. Stop by for a quiet and delicious lunch in the busy little lakeside village of Bellagio.

This is a perfect spot to sit and unwind , highly recommended.

The beef tartare was off putting and gave me an impression of what dog food would be like. The special zucchini flower was way too watery and overpriced for what it was. The flambé was just over powered by the mustard flavors and was cooked unevenly. For the price point you'd think it would be more refined. The saving grace for this review and only reason I gave it a 2 stars was that service was not bad and the sautéed mushrooms. We should have gotten that as a risotto or pasta. We could have eaten that all night. Overall for the price point of this place we do not recommend unless you're trying your hand at influencer life who have no taste buds.

The room - luxurious room, very homey, loved the bathroom especially the shower 3. The owner - saved our trip by ordering a last minute taxi and helping us retrieve a forgotten phone, very accommodating, ensured we were satisfied with everything 4. The food - the food was good! (not great) but good Negatives: 1. Room was aired out and filled with bugs, I mean spiders like 10-15 spiders (some were daddy long legs which don't bother me but we had 2 fat huge brown spiders that were above our bed that we had to kill before sleeping to rest easy) 2. Expensive - we got charged 34 euros for 4 zucchini flowers that were off the menu felt very taken advantage of 3. On the hill - there is no transportation to get to and from you literally have to hike which is very very difficult uphill

However, there are limited seats available, which has led to very long lines. Thankfully, my boyfriend and I were able to get seats immediately because we came in between meals. However, in my opinion, the service was subpar. We recognize that the waiters were probably tired and overwhelmed from the lunch rush, but felt that when they do occasionally check on you, they're not very friendly. We had ordered a glass of wine as well as lemon and watermelon granitas, which are almost like an Italian ice slushy. The granitas are good, but not anything terribly special. Would recommend coming for the views, but otherwise the drinks as well as the service were average, if not slightly lower than average (in my opinion). There was also someone vaping right next to us, which was off putting for me personally and may have been better if there was more spacing between the tables.
