In the end he fixed it completely. He's a patient listener, kind and extremely knowledgeable due to his long years of experience. He schooled me as to which chemicals to buy to maintain my spa. I first spoke with Misty on the phone and told her the issue I was having with my Jacuzzi J-460 (which had been pre-diagnosed by my electrician), and she was quite lovely in describing the cost of repair. It was a failed heater pump. I also needed a drain and clean since it had been some time that I had used it due to the heater pump issue. Her quoted price was fair and was NOT elevated after the service was performed, as some companies tent to do. Justin came, on time and was scheduled, replaced the faulty part and completed a very thorough drain and clean. The unit looked like new afterwards. I am very happy that I chose Spa Pros.
