Fidel called ahead of heading over. He was friendly and polite. He was thorough with the gutter and window cleaning plus kept me updated with what he found with the gutter mess. He was able to blow out the nesting mess under our roof that was rolling into our gutters as well as help us get measurements of the area we are looking to get blocked off. Their prices, of course went up slightly, but understandably. They sent the pricing detailed with our appointment confirmation. The entire process of booking to service was super simple! Thank you!

Bird proofing caught my eye because we had an issue with birds fouling our entryway this winter. So we added that service in addition to the window cleaning. Gladys arrived first to walk around the house and provide an estimate; there are three options: 1) interior and exterior window cleaning + screens; 2) tracks cleaned and vacuum add-on; 3) exterior windows only, including screens. We chose 1 and 2. About 20 minutes after we approved the estimate, Jaime and Nathan showed up (usually owner Cesar is part of the crew, but he had a prior engagement). They began with the interior and took care to lay down towels to protect items near windows. After a few hours, our windows, screens, tracks, and bathroom mirrors (yep, they cleaned those too!) were spotless. Their pricing is a very good value. You can find less expensive window cleaners (and more expensive, for that matter), but you will be sacrificing quality. If you need your windows expertly cleaned, look no further.

The main issue was a massive buildup of pigeon waste underneath the panels. Eric did a phenomenal job washing it all out, and he took the extra time to thoroughly assess the bird fencing around the array to make sure it was secure. He was extremely careful and professional throughout the process, showing a clear understanding of the delicate wiring underneath the panels. The solar panels look absolutely phenomenal now. While he was here, I asked if he could also wash my home windows. He was incredibly accommodating and added the job on the spot. He even took care of the glass window on my garage door without me even having to ask! All the windows are crystal clear again Eric's attention to detail, professionalism, and helpful attitude are rare to find. I highly recommend Hawk Window Cleaning for anyone in the Reno/Sparks area!

Other than the spotless glass, after finishing the work, one could never tell they had ever been there as the cleanup was as spotless as our windows are! We are new homeowners and this was our first time having the windows cleaned (I believe 32 in total including our large sliders and glass doors) since we moved in. Alex, owner, business creator, and full time student at UNR, is an impressive entrepreneur with a fantastic work ethic and welcoming personality. The price was great and the quality even better. We highly recommend Alex and Pure Reflections and will definitely be return customers over and over. Thank you Alex!
