Don't get your hopes up! When researching companies to pressure wash and stain my deck, I read…read moreAlain's reviews and thought this was the right company to go with. When he came by and quoted the job, I felt reassured that I was making a good decision. But after signing his estimate, Alain never showed up. It was during COVID and an odd time so I let it go and reached back out to him the next summer. Alain came by again and updated his quote - increasing the price by ~50%. Again, it was COVID and labor and supplies were expensive. No problem, let's get it done. He dodged me for the summer as he was overloaded and it never got done. Again, because of his reviews and demeanor, I decided to give him one last shot: he quoted the deck twice... I've already run around - twice - getting the samples he recommended... all he needs to do is show up and knock it out. So, Alain comes by for a third time to refresh his memory of the project, we pick dates, and we're good to go. I go and get more samples and write to let him to let him know we're good kick off the project. Everyone knows where this is going now. Third summer, third time he bails. Yes, shame on me for sticking with him. But shame on Alain for waisting a bunch of my time 3 summers and counting.

Alain's Pressure Washing is BEST in the Business! If you are considering pressuring washing your…read morehouse or even just a drive way or deck, Alain is the best choice. I could not believe how clean and perfect it looked after. I did quite a bit of research and spoke/met with many pressure washing companies and I can not express how happy we are with Alain Pressure Washing! Some company especially big companies told me that they will give me a quote based on looking at my place via Google Earth and lacked in customer service from the start (I was very disappointed in the big chain companies). Thus I researched more and got in touch with Alain Pressure Washing. Initially I left a voicemail and Alain called me back right away. Alain's Pressure Washing did a fantastic job, thanks to Mr. Alain and his staff. Alain is very responsive, I was able to meet Alain, the owner himself, right away and he gave me a very competitive quote and got me on the schedule right away. They were very meticulous professionals who were able to wash away decades of dirt in no time. Thanks to Alain and his team, my house looks new again! I can't believe how much property value can increase from professional pressure washing! Thank you so much for doing a perfect job, Alain, I couldn't be any happier! I never write reviews online but Alain Pressure Washing was definitely worth sharing! Alain's professional pressure washing is very different then DYI, results are night and day! Thank you again Mr. Alain!
