I considered taking it to the Santa Maria Car Wash but after reading several reviews, decided against it. I saw Dan's Mobile Detail was in the "Top 10" of mobile car detailers in Santa Maria. I am so glad I chose to use him. I used the "Request a Qoute" option in yelp and he contacted me back within 30 minutes. He was able to get to my car the SAME DAY! He somehow managed to get years of coffee stains, pet hair, chocolate stains from my kids, grime and scuff marks from my daughters soccer team cleats, ALL GONE. The dash and console were immaculate. Every nook and crack has been wiped clean. Our van looks almost brand new on the interior, and mind you, this car is 12 years old and has over 166,000 miles on it. I had two cars washed by Guillermo/Nova Spa (and his partner/helper, whose name I don't know) for…read morethe first time, and both ended up damaged in the process. Guillermo won't own up to either. One car is only 4 months old and was being washed for the first time. It ended up with a ding on the trunk, most likely from the end of a hose or something else hard being knocked against it. The other has a large scratch across the passenger door handle, which Guillermo informed me "looks like nails scratches." Even setting aside the damage, the cars simply were not cleaned well. There were spots and smudges all over one car, and an obvious spill on the center console of the other was left untouched. Needless to say, I won't be using him again. I wouldn't trust Guillermo to wash a bicycle again, let alone a car. If you care about your cars, I suggest you stay away from him as well. Edit to respond to the lying business owner: I do know for sure, and I'm helping people avoid what happened to me. Own up to your mistake if you don't want me to tell people to stay away from you. I wouldn't have a problem with you if you took responsibility.

Convenience store had a good selection of snacks and drinks and I was able to find the brand and size of water I prefer. Cashier was friendly and professional. At the pump, the prices seemed fair, not low but not outrageous either, and the pump worked smoothly. I'd definitely consider stopping here again when I'm in the area.
