The only reason I have three stars is because the attendants for the drive through compensating me with a free drive-thru wash after the disaster in the pressure wash bay. They need to just shut down the rest of this place if they aren't going to fix it. I like to do business local. But this place has gotten gradually worse for several years.

One car is only 4 months old and was being washed for the first time. It ended up with a ding on the trunk, most likely from the end of a hose or something else hard being knocked against it. The other has a large scratch across the passenger door handle, which Guillermo informed me "looks like nails scratches." Even setting aside the damage, the cars simply were not cleaned well. There were spots and smudges all over one car, and an obvious spill on the center console of the other was left untouched. Needless to say, I won't be using him again. I wouldn't trust Guillermo to wash a bicycle again, let alone a car. If you care about your cars, I suggest you stay away from him as well. Edit to respond to the lying business owner: I do know for sure, and I'm helping people avoid what happened to me. Own up to your mistake if you don't want me to tell people to stay away from you. At the pump, the prices seemed fair, not low but not outrageous either, and the pump worked smoothly. I'd definitely consider stopping here again when I'm in the area.
