They need to just shut down the rest of this place if they aren't going to fix it. I like to do business local. But this place has gotten gradually worse for several years.

I had a very disappointing experience with this shop and would not recommend them based on what…read morehappened with my 4Runner. I brought my 4Runner in because the steering wheel was shaking. I had just purchased new tires about two months earlier and had them balanced, so I suspected the shocks were the issue. I specifically asked the shop to return my old FOX shocks to me so I could have them rebuilt. The shop took photos of what seemed like every part of my truck, which gave me the impression they were doing a very thorough inspection. They replaced the rear shocks first and returned my old rear FOX shocks. After replacing the rear shocks, the shaking actually improved. When they replaced the front shocks, however, the problem became significantly worse. Throughout the day, they were texting me saying the truck was doing amazing and would be ready early. When I finally picked it up, I was told that it was normal for the truck to pull slightly to the right because of the new shocks, even though they had supposedly performed an alignment. After leaving the shop, the truck was pulling HARD to the right and the steering wheel was shaking worse than it had before I brought it in. The entire job cost me nearly $5,000, and the original problem was not only still there--it was worse. On top of that, they did not return my front FOX shocks, even though I specifically requested that all of my old shocks be returned so I could rebuild them. When I called about putting my old shocks back on and getting a refund because the problem had gotten worse, I was instead told that I needed to buy new tires. Again, these tires were only about two months old and had already been balanced. I left feeling like I paid nearly $5,000 and ended up with a truck that drove worse than when I brought it in, while also not receiving parts that I specifically asked to have returned. The amount of photos and the appearance of a thorough inspection initially gave me confidence, but based on my experience, that did not translate into good service or a properly diagnosed problem. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion and documenting everything before spending thousands of dollars here. My experience left me feeling extremely frustrated and taken advantage of. Also talking to the person in charge made me not want me to take it back.

There were spots and smudges all over one car, and an obvious spill on the center console of the other was left untouched. Needless to say, I won't be using him again. I wouldn't trust Guillermo to wash a bicycle again, let alone a car. If you care about your cars, I suggest you stay away from him as well. Edit to respond to the lying business owner: I do know for sure, and I'm helping people avoid what happened to me. Own up to your mistake if you don't want me to tell people to stay away from you.
