Upon first impression, communication appeared to be a little challenging, however, my request was literally hemming up 2-3 inches on 4 pairs of jeans for work. Not rocket science and doesn't necessarily require a lot of dialog, either. Nonetheless, super-friendly. No complaints. Price is pretty reasonable here compared to several other places I've gone to in the past. Typically, in the last decade or so, the cost of alterations for me have surpassed the cost of the pants they are doing the work on which I find insane but what can you do? This place charged me $14 a pair. It took them exactly a week to complete the job which is a little long. Generally, should take 4-5 days. I would plan ahead, just in case. The quality of work appears to be solid with the stitch intact. I recommend. Keep in mind the potential language barrier/communication issues in requesting your needs as well the timeframe for work completed. 4 stars. Cheers!

Showed him the pillows and got the woman from the back to check if they have the zippers available. The color match was perfect and said they could do it and have it ready by Thursday morning. Worked out because I had company coming over that night. The only thing I didn't really like and was a bit of a shock was the price. She said $25 I was like great then said $25 each :-( Granted I don't get couch pillows repairs left and right but I thought that was a bit much. You drop off your clothes in an electronic locker and order services on the app, and in a couple of days you get a text telling you what locker your clean clothes will be in.... available 24/7! And the prices are competitive and the service is competent. My boyfriend is so pleased with how correctly his shirt plackets are consistently ironed. Honestly the only thing wrong is that the app keeps telling you to swipe a card in to enter the location when you don't have to and you have to do some random workaround to be able to do anything else on the app, but certainly that will be fixed any time now.
