Upon first impression, communication appeared to be a little challenging, however, my request was literally hemming up 2-3 inches on 4 pairs of jeans for work. Not rocket science and doesn't necessarily require a lot of dialog, either. Nonetheless, super-friendly. No complaints. Price is pretty reasonable here compared to several other places I've gone to in the past. Typically, in the last decade or so, the cost of alterations for me have surpassed the cost of the pants they are doing the work on which I find insane but what can you do? This place charged me $14 a pair. It took them exactly a week to complete the job which is a little long. Generally, should take 4-5 days. I would plan ahead, just in case. The quality of work appears to be solid with the stitch intact. I recommend. Keep in mind the potential language barrier/communication issues in requesting your needs as well the timeframe for work completed. 4 stars. Cheers!

So, if you ever need anything dry cleaned, especially an article of clothing that you think is completely ruined, go to Sin City Dry Cleaners. I had a hoodie that was super special and important to my wife, and I accidentally dropped it in oil and stained it in multiple places all over. She was so damn mad! I figured it was a lost cause, but I thought, what the hell, might as well at least see what Sin City Dry Cleaners can do with it. The owner, Biviana, was so understanding of my situation and said she'd personally handle it. She asked for 2 days. When I came back, I had no hope that it would be fixed, but oh my God! It was perfect! Spotless! And she only charged me $8! So I thanked her and thanked her for literally saving me with my wife. Like I said, this was a super amazing experience, and I can't say enough great things about Sin City Dry Cleaners. You can't go wrong, so go there for all your dry cleaning needs, especially really bad situations. Charles

Because now you don't have to get me started! because I go to Munt Locker now! It's the easiest, smartest service concept I've seen in years. You drop off your clothes in an electronic locker and order services on the app, and in a couple of days you get a text telling you what locker your clean clothes will be in.... available 24/7! And the prices are competitive and the service is competent. My boyfriend is so pleased with how correctly his shirt plackets are consistently ironed. Honestly the only thing wrong is that the app keeps telling you to swipe a card in to enter the location when you don't have to and you have to do some random workaround to be able to do anything else on the app, but certainly that will be fixed any time now. I'm so happy about this business anyway! Hooray!
