Usually great, but my clothes have been coming back w|a weird odor to them lately. Kind of smells like cigarette smoke. =\ I'm not sure what has changed. Will try other location and see if I still have this same issue. read more

First time coming to this location Ana was very helpful and made it super easy thank you so much!

Double creased and ruined multiple pairs of pants. Pressing pants properly should be one of the most basic functions expected of a dry cleaner. read more

These guys are miracle workers, I came in with a T Shirt that had a botched stain removal job by myself, the guy was questioning what he could do but said hed try his best if I still wanted him to, I went through with it and they gave me my T Shirt back fresh and with a virtually invisible stained spot! He did a miracle even with my mistake and they only charged me $5 read more

Great service. I've been bringing my clothes to Complete Cleaners for a couple of months now and love the attention to detail. Stains removed buttons replaced, very happy with the care taken. read more

Good cleaners with fast turnaround. I also like that they have alterations available. read more

Quick easy cleaners sometimes you can get your clothes same day. They have done a bunch of my clothes and done excellent job on them. Turn around on getting your clothes back is usually about a day maybe 2 at longest. Prices are very reasonable. Staff is very friendly and attentive to what needs to be done on your clothes. read more

Absolutely, love this place.Everyone is kind and helpful. I do pick up and drop off at my house. It is so convenient

I thought I'd leave a review...not just for the business, but for Ana, specifically. She's ALWAYS amazing and such a pleasure to speak with when you come by. always on top of things, she is most times moving at a dizzying pace to get things done and it's remarkably impressive, in my eyes. She's always been very personable and professional with clients/customers other than myself as well ( I've watched the interactions while I'm waiting ) and I think this is the mark of a wonderful person and amazing employee. As far as the business itself? Never an issue. I've never had to call for damaged clothes, missing buttons and items not done on time. They will continue to be my go-to cleaner for all of my clothing. JB read more

Do Not trust with your valuable "Dry Clean Only" Items. They will not take proper care. When I reached out to the owner, a lack of professionalism and customer service was all I was met with. Unfortunately, I have to take this issue of Damage Goods to small claims court. Stain(appears to be a pen mark) Torn and discoloration to a NEW Louis Vuitton Scarf. read more

This place is a disgrace. I dropped off 2 silk ties for DRY CLEANING! I go to pick them up on Saturday and "Brenda" who is the manager tells me one of the red silk ties that was dropped off had stains on it. I asked her where the stains came from being that when the ties were dropped off they were not filled with stains. She said they would "wash". it again and that I could come back the following Monday for pick up. I asked Brenda if they were "washing" my ties or dry cleaning them. She told me they were dry cleaning them. The red tie also had some loose thread in the back which I asked her about. I noticed the blue silk tie that was dropped off had thread coming out of the back of the tie and the white lining underneath the material of the tie was exposed. I told her that when I dropped off both ties, they were in great condition being that my husband only had the ties for a month and alternated wearing them with his other ties. I expressed concern about how she used the word "wash" instead of dry clean and told her the damage to these ties looks like it could have been caused from "washing" them...you don't "wash" a tie! She told me the seamstress would repair the loose thread in the back of the ties and to come back on Monday to get both ties. I go back the following day which is Tuesday and the red and blue silk ties are both destroyed! Thread just HANGING off the backs of them (pictures are posted) I asked Brenda how anyone in their right mind would leave here wearing a tie that looks like this and that when I was there the previous Saturday I even showed her the tie and the loose thread (I even took a picture to compare what it looked like Saturday and what it would look like on Monday) She again said the seamstress would repair the ties because she was only there on Tuesday's and Thursday's. I asked Brenda why she lied to me and told me she'd have the seamstress repair them if she wasn't even there on Saturday or Monday, but she told me I could pick up both ties on Monday. Meanwhile, everyone who works here is laughing and one gentleman even has his phone out either taking pictures of me or recording my frustrations about my DAMAGED clothing. I ended up picking up both ties and they appeared to be somewhat normal...until I got home and my husband pulled them out. The seamstress tightened the backs of the ties so much that now when he goes to tie them...the tie shrivels up into a wavy mess. THANKS FOR NOTHING! I will never come back to this establishment and I wish I could get in contact with "Steve" who owns this business (according to Brenda) to let him know what kind of garbage employees he has working here. He really should read the reviews and realize IM NOT THE ONLY ONE! read more

I'm a long time loyal customer. The service is good. When mistakes are made, they fix them quickly. However, I really miss Ana being at the Simmons location! She provides GREAT customer service & I just Love her! Please bring her back. read more

I dropped off pants to have hemmed on December 19th (Monday) and they said it would be ready the following Monday, December 26th. I went to pick up my pants and they said they are not ready and to come back in a few days. I went back on Friday, December 30th and they are still not done. The girl told me the lady that does alterations is out untill the new year. I asked her to just give me my pants back and I will go elsewhere, she looked everywhere and could not find them. She said they are probably at they other location on Sahara because sometimes the lady who does alterations takes them there. On their business card it says "tailor on premises". I thought she was on vacation untill the new year?!?! So now I have to call on January 2nd to see where my pants are. I will not be going back to Flair Cleaners, horrible service read more

Complete Cleaners - Laundromat Near Me - North Las Vegas, Nevada

I have been coming to this location for quite sometime now. On and off. Now I get my work clothes cleaned here every week. Ana is always willing to help and always try to accommodate me if needed! Ana has also offered the tailoring service as well for my work uniforms. Which they now fit a lot better! This location is the way to go! read more

MASSIVE FAIL The name on the outside of the building is "Complete Cleaners." Sooo, which is it? Is it "Flair"? Why change the name? 6360 Simmons, NLV. I'd give them ZERO stars it that was an option! I took a damaged bedspread there 11 days ago, along with enough material (from the matching bedskirt that we don't use) to patch it. The "CSR" said it would be ready 19 April. I get there...they can't find it. Then, when they finally DO find it, it's "rejected." Why? Stupid answer: "We don't do alterations." Then why, I asked, after I brought it in and explained and showed her what I wanted, did the "CSR" accept it? "Oh, no one called you?" No one called me so I could pick it up and get it fixed elsewhere. This place is a disgrace. They are the worst. Polite and friendly don't cut it if they fail to do the job, and they failed rather stupendously. Unprofessional, definitely! Take your business elsewhere! read more

Lord help me... I was STUPID enough to give them one more shot. Brought in pants with a gravy (I think) dribble I got my trousers. Pointed that out..they did NOTHING to solve. When I come back...this time daytime "Novella" playing LOUDLY...nothing at all done about the stain! $4.50 for cleaning 1 pair of trousers. Lousy cleaning, even worse service. For the record, I found "Woolite Dry Clean at home" online. $20 for a box -contains 14 treatments which will handle 4 items at a time-56 items. If you bring that to these guys that's $252.00. I now do this at home, with results equal to (actually BETTER than) these cleaners! I suggest go online, give it a shot and SAVE. Save time, save aggrevation. Their poor service will save me a fortune! read more

They scorched my husband's $175 silk shirt and refused to admit it. Yeah, like I did it. Brown crusty collar on blue shirt. Refused to reimburse us. Will never use them again. Also had Mercedes jacket zipper fixed there and the jacket was "missing" for days. Obviously they were wearing it around. Was ready to file police report. Please spare yourself from the horrible service. read more

Great store. Helpful staff. Ana is an incredible employee who went out of her way to help me. Love this place!

I don't understand why my husband's uniform who is a cop cost half of what my nursing uniform cost me to dryclean here. Honestly was coming here mainly for the convenience of it but won't be back read more

This place was great when it was Flair Cleaners. This is the first time I came since they changed to Complete Dry Cleaners. I wanted alterations and a full bed set cleaned. The lady could only guess at what the prices were going to be and couldn't give me a written statement of the charges. That felt sketchy to me, so I will be going elsewhere. read more

My clothes were complete and they got the spot out! Not sure what the bad review is about. I will continue to bring my shirts here

Flair Cleaners on West Sahara ruined two pieces of expensive clothing. Both work garments had two holes in the sleeves and cannot be worn. Everything that comes back needs ironing. I do not recommend this dry cleaner or any of its affiliates for any services. read more

Poor professionalism, very rude, can't accept they messed up! Didn't have dry cleaning ready when it was scheduled, this happen 3x. Was a customer full over a year, spent over $700 in the 2015. We took in 3 suits on a Monday and was told it'd be ready on Thursday, went in on Thursday and was told to come back on Friday, returned Friday and still not ready. I asked for my dry cleaning back and asked to speak to a manager, was told management wasnt on property and they gave me a number to call. I called the number while on location and heard the phone ringing at the location we were at! Why give me a number a nd tell me to call if they knew management wasnt there! I heard an employee in the back say "Wrinkle his clothes before you give it her." It's sad they don't care about their returning customers. Definitely don't recommend this place! read more

This dry cleaners ruined a suit jacket of mine and then claimed they aren't responsible for damaged clothes. Don't call to speak to anyone because they don't answer the phone. They claim it interferes with the credit card machine. I've visited asking to speak to the manager. She was completely useless and told me I need to speak to the owner, however not willing to give me any information to reach the owner. She then told me she'd call me and surprise surprise I never receive a call. I went back get information for the owner again and again it's "we'll call you" but no one does. If you're considering this cleaners...don't. You cannot reasonably assume that they take any responsibility for correcting an issue should something go wrong with your items. They're unprofessional and genuinely don't care about the customers. They make that abundantly clear. If you value you clothing DO NOT GO TO FLAIR!!! read more

I come here rather than use the Northwest location as we have been using them since they replace Mom an Pop cleaners. Great staff and great service read more

Decent place to get your garments cleaned. The staff is friendly and professional. 4 stars instead of 5 due to shrinking my pants and pressing them wrong to where the crease line was off centered. However, they owned up to their mistake and attempted to fix them. They do "next day" service which is convenient and they're cheap. read more

Beware!!! They "lost" my clothes. It was about $160 worth of clothing and they only compensated me $70. I will not return. I have taken less expensive items and never had an issue, but they lose a Bebe blouse, Juicy Couture blouse and Vera Wang pants. Go figure. read more

Stay as far away from this place as possible. They damaged one of my shirts and refused to do anything. I asked for claim form and they said " We don't have any. When I asked what they intended to do about my shirt they said "Nothing" The Manager was nasty and told me take my shirts and get out. They are several others close to this one so you have choices. This review is just for this location. read more

I'd give this place no stars if I could. They lost my 200.00 duvet and blamed me for not having a ticket or receipt. However, I dropped off a comforter and duvet and only received 1 ticket for both items from the manager Isabel. She only gave back my comforter. If the manager doesn't know how to fill out a ticket, who does? They even have video cameras I said they could go back to the tapes to see that I dropped off 2 pieces. They refuse. Stay away. Computer system is always down and the business has gone completely down hill in the last 12 months. read more

I dropped off my overcoat and received it a few days later. When I got home I found the item had never been cleaned yet had the tags attached and was covered with the plastic as if it were cleaned! I've been a customer at this place for approximately 6years and now they say I can no longer have a piece count for drop off. I don't ask for a detailed check in, I only ask for a quick piece count so I know how many items I left with them. I do NOT recommend this place! read more

This place lies I took two dresses to get shorten and only one was shortened. I took the one back and they said they were sorry and would shorten it for the price I paid. If I can give this dry cleaners zero stars I would. After years of using these cleaners I was horribly overcharged. Before writing this post I did call several of the other locations attempting to resolve this matter with the owner but have yet to receive a call back. I brought my child's taekwondo uniforms to be cleaned as I have previously done so many other times. When I picked up the garments I was charged almost $18 for both uniforms. In the past the cost was only five dollars. My receipt also showed that I was picking up two men's jackets and two men's dress pants when in the past my receipt said uniforms. When I inquired about this I was told that yes uniforms were $5.50 but these were not uniforms. I pointed out that I had previously brought these exact same uniforms in and was never charged for anything but uniforms the young lady then looked up on my purchase history and did indeed find that I had been bringing in these uniforms regularly and also saw that I was paying the uniform price previously. She then told me that the new owner like to change prices without notice. This statement that she made was also repeated to me by another manager at a different location when I called to ask for the owner. I was again told that no one ever knows where the owners is and when he l will come in so I left my name and number again and have yet to hear from him. After almost 3 years of using this dry cleaners it is time to look for a new cleaners that will not overcharge me on a whim. read more
