I called this afternoon to ask if our car was ready, and was told the mats were still drying..."they had blowers on them," I was told. We arrived a few minutes later only to discover that the "blowers" were actually THE CAR'S HEATING SYSTEM, set to highest fan setting and temperature. Fortunately for THEM we drive an EV, so their drying tactic was not in violation of Vermont's state idling/emission law. But it makes me wonder: do they do this with ALL vehicles? We were charged extra for dog hair. We have a NON-SHEDDING dog. The staff person showed me images of *maybe* 5 individual hairs he found in the car. When I questioned the excessive charge he became confrontational and disrespectful. We've given thousands of dollars to Seaway over more than 20 years as loyal customers. We will NEVER be back, and hope this review saves others the money and aggravation of dealing with these people. Only go there if you enjoy being overcharged for mediocre service and then confronted by surly staff when you question them.

From the first phone call with the manager Jason, through scheduling and ultimately buying and having Gills Point S Tire install new Falken tires on my Alfa Romeo, the experience was flawless and exceptional.
