Worst carwash in the area. Overpriced and incompetent. Not that difficult to run a carwash guys, **** or get off the pot!

Car looks brand new. Got the exterior and interior detail. Everyone was super friendly and the quality was great. Ignore other reviews.

The quality of the experience here was so disappointing. Paid $150 for full interior and exterior cleaning. They claimed my car was "done" in 45 minutes! I go out to my vehicle and the whole grill is still full of stuck on bugs! I pointed it out and no one wanted to come clean it! My seats are covered in a white film from whatever cleaner they used. It's all over the seatbelt buckles. The seat however are not clean! Still coffee spill from why I brought it in and the spots on the headliner were never touched! Horrible quality and over priced! Do not recommend. They rush you out to take more people then they can handle. read more

This place is quite literally a scam. I asked for a quote for a quick vacuum/clean of the inside, made it very clear I just wanted something SIMPLE. The guy told me he'd check the computer then came back out and waved me onto the track. Then continued to tell me it would be about $350 and 3 hour service after I'd made it very clear literally all I want is my back seat vacuumed. (I have a broken ankle so I can't do it myself but this is something literally free at any gas station.) I insisted that... no I'm not spending that much money nor time when all I want is a vacuum and they carries to say that their vacuum was now 'broken' and this was the best value for me. I am so sorry to be that person to write a poor review on Yelp but this is actually insane. I then made it very clear I'm leaving,& he then offered me the deal of "$250 and 2 hours, & I'm already in line so it would be hard to let me out." This is literal scam behavior??! Like.. This place used to be great. Now more people Work here and it takes even longer to get in and out. Average of at least 30-45 minutes. Always leaving with spots on the car half the time they don't do the wheels and must be reminded and seems like no one cares anymore very disheartening. Wish I could give zero stars! Should have looked into their reviews before going there. Spent $30 on their hand wash option because the guy there offered that to me when I told him I want an interior and exterior cleaning. The interior was not even touched, covered in dust everywhere, the windows still have smudges on them! Worst car wash I've ever been to! There is zero customer service for issues. Was charged tax on a gift card and that is a no no! Illegal in NYS . Not wanting to start trouble and Instead of reporting it to the attorney general, I just called and waited forever on phone to get a refund. This was quite a chore. The window care on my care are poor at best. Streaky. Dirty. On my next wash I mentioned this to manager Carlos and he just looked at me. No "I'm sorry or we'll make it up to you." I phoned them again recently to get info on an unlimited car wash program. I signed up for the same plan as last year and found out the services are NOT the same. Again I asked why are some me my services missing that I had last year. Carlos said that I did not pay for those services and told me to have a nice day... I came here and paid for the works and the super interior and it was horrible !!! So I waited about 30-40 which is expected because that is what is mentioned on their website. They said they were done with my Audi, so I approached the car and all I see is water stain around my vehicle. The outside of my vehicle literally looks like it was just sprayed down, because the tire and rim where just filthy and not shined. Even the windows had a whole bunch of beading. I even told one of the guys that were in charge about all the beading and he walked around and sprayed and wiped it down. And then said to me thank you for your patience and enjoy your car. 75 bucks down the drain. Smh read more

Had not been here in 6 months as I go to Iguana Car wash in Mahopac mostly. I live 4 minutes from Splash and car was filthy. The people are always friendly and I always get the basic wash for $12... except this time the basic wash/exterior only was $16!!!!!!!!plus tax! They said due to inflation the price had to go up.. I am not a math Scholar but if inflation is trending at 9% that should mean a price of approx $13.10 not $16. I will not be back. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. This place is a disaster. My car wasn't clean first of all. They run it thru and don't even bother to do anything else after. I asked for the $26 service; exterior, vacuum inside as well as an inside wipe down. I wanted to add on my 2 rubber floor mats. The man outside said that the $26 service doesn't include inside and what I wanted would be $65. I was confused. We went thru it all again, to ensure there was no miscommunication. The answer was still the same. So I said just do the outside and floor mats. Which was $26 in the end. The woman inside said they charge $1 per floor mat, I have 2 yet they charged me $4? All of that and they didn't even clip my mats in when they chucked them back into the car. Don't let them take advantage of you read more

Way overpriced but most of the time they do a decent job. Too many added extras to get what you want done. Once I paid to have an interior cleaned and they didn't vacuum the sand in my trunk after a trip to the beach. When I questioned the young lady about it, she became angry and said, "You didn't tell me!" Why should I have told her if I paid for the service? One time the gentleman putting my order in tried to get me to do $100 worth of services. I eventually got it down to $50. Menu and services are too hard to understand. Made an appointment for the five star interior and exterior while visiting family on a road trip. Was able to make an appointment the next day and got a call to confirm as it was expected to rain. Dropped off the car first thing in the morning and a 4 hour detailing was done in 3 hours. Everything came out great. The Interior looks and smells brand new. The exterior is squeaky clean. This place went to complete shit in the past 2 years. I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years, had the unlimited package for about 3 year and had multiple details done and even gave them a 5 star google review 2 years ago. Every year the service gets worse and worse. On Friday 12/3/21 my wife's brands new car she just purchased 3 weeks ago was damaged on the hood by an employee pushing down too hard watching/drying of course my manager tried denying it had happened from them. Best car wash ever!!! I go to them all the time the workers are so honest. My son dropped his gold chain and we had forgotten about it. When we came back into the car it was sitting on our dash. Last time going here. Came out with a dent across my rear bumper. Employee said it was there before because there was an old drop of paint, so somebody fixed it. I never had bodywork done on that part of the car and the dent wasn't there this morning, did they back it into anything? No, it was there, someone painted it. No, the drop of paint is probably accidental from when I had rust on the wheel well fixed and the dent wasn't there this morning. Last time, I had the interior done and noticed a couple days later that the floor mat on the front passenger's side did not belong to my car. I picked the 30 minute interior and I asked they not do the back because I was in the process of moving. They dropped a tin urn belonging to my service dog who recently died and dented the tin. After all said and done my touch screen on the car and it's blue tooth functions were rendered useless. The people who dry off the cars tell me that they don't speak any English (they tell me so in Spanish) and I had to struggle with my basic, rusty Spanish to communicate with them. I soon as I walked into the car my dashboard was still filthy I had to call the attendant to come and clean it again, and even when I complain they still did not do a good job there was still coffee marks all over the dashboard. my cupholder in between the seat was still full of dirt and dust. This is hands down the worst, most over priced car wash on the planet. If you love spending 30 dollars on a car wash and 30 minutes at home cleaning your car, this is your place. After the first time I says "everyone is entitled to an off day" but evidently it's just how they do business. Someone needs to tell them a few things. 1. The wheels are part of the exterior of a car. 2. You can't not clean glass with wet towels. 3. You need to wipe the entire interior down. 30 dollars for a car wash and the windows are filthy, there is dust everywhere and the wheels weren't even looked at. I will never go back to this place and I can't wait until I open my car wash and put this joint out of business. This is all out robbery. OK, First off their car wash/detail/interior menu really needs to be streamlined to understand what you want/need. To many choices and there isn't alot of time as the cars behind you backlog quickly. Today I got a regular wash with wax, super interior (OTHERWISE the inside would not be done) and a sealer wax. With tax it was $76.00. For a car wash... REALLY???!!???!!!!! I can get the same thing in the Bronx for $15.00. You may say, yea but its in the Bronx... well to that I SAY, everyone up here CAME from the Bronx, so it really isn't that much of an inconvenience is it???!!!!!???!!? The wash etc was good, but really no better for an extra $55.00 or so dollars. Lower your prices !!!!!! There are plenty of other options out there. read more

New to the area and tried Splash for the first time. Efficient, not over the top detailed when I got the full service wash plus mat cleaning. I don't think they scrub the mats, just spray them off. Windows were cleaned but streaked with a little dirt still, like the rags were not completely clean. For those reasons I give a 3 star. Now I know what to remind them to be more thorough with next time and would definitely come back. Better than other places I've gone in the area, just not as good as where we went in NJ. Definitely worth giving it a try. All the staff were 5 star, very nice and helpful. I was especially pleased that the credit card I've been missing was apparently found on the floor under my seat when vacuuming. It was laying on my seat when I picked up the car.
