Significant paint damage to my vehicle in five different places then when I went and tried to cancel my membership because of all the damage I sat there in my car for 25 minutes while a young kid with a tablet in his hand kept getting interrupted and trying to cancel my membership so after 25 minutes so sitting in the hot sun he tells me I'm all set but 2 months later I am still being charged for the car wash that has just damaged and destroyed my paint job on my car great customer service NOT!! read more

I visited the Splash car wash on West Main in Batavia today and was greeted by a young woman at the kiosk (I know how to run a kiosk). She proceeded to ask me which wash I wanted and then hassled me over a monthly prescription. I told her I wasn't interested now but thought I would join onto my husbands plan in the winter months. She responded; now there is a deal going but I said "no, thanks just a wash"; she continued with; " you won't be washing your car in a couple weeks" I said "no". So we continued with a credit card payment for a single wash and when I was handed my receipt she commented; "you just lost $10 but I hope you enjoy the rest of your day". I was so heated I pulled over to the office but no one answered my "hellos". I cannot believe the pushy-ness of this person...she doesn't know me or my finances or the maintenance that I do on my vehicle. Someone better reign her in or I'll be looking to contact corporate. read more

DO NOT go to this car wash. After going through with a truck that had no damage, no bubbles, no paint chips, no rust it came out with the whole chip guard ripped off paint pealing. Went there and young punk had every excuse why it happened. I have delta sonic membership and go there often and nothing like this has happened. Their water pressure is beyond hard it's to the extreme. No call back. No care from them. And after posting on my page there is plenty of comments by people I know that have had the exact same issues and then some. read more

I don't recommend the associated car wash on Main Street, and likely will not recommend this wash once the updates are complete! My car had bugs painted on the front fender before and after the wash. The most expensive wash they have, mind you. Plus they asked for an additional $8 for an undercarriage wash! $33 later, I will not return. Somebody's trying to recapture funds on there upgrade investment. Poorly managed and staffed. read more

I had a membership with them last year but dont go to batavia enough to make it worth it. I canceled it and they kept charging me. I had to contact my credit card company to make them stop. Then yesterday I see they started charging me again. 7 months after my card made them stop. I have been in there a few times this year but paid for a single carwash every time until they jacked up the prices to ware I can get my crew cab truck hand washed for a little more. If anyone is thinking about using Splash Car Wash in Batavia, DON'T!!!!! I would never recommend this company! The wash itself never actually got the back of my car clean any time I came in. The final straw was when my vehicle was significantly damaged by their wash, with a huge dent above my front window and scratches along the top of my car that very obviously came from them. My husband spoke with corporate and sent them photos of the damage. When I brought it to the Batavia location to have an incident report, the woman I spoke with was incredible rude and basically said I was lying about the damage and wouldn't take the report. As someone who supervises employees, if I heard any of my staff speak to a customer like that, they would have been fired on the spot! They were incredibly rude, caused significant damage to my vehicle, and refuse to take any accountability for it! My vehicle is just over a year old, and now I have at least $500 in cosmetic damages because of them! read more

I'm no happy with the new management. there is soap all over the back of my truck every time I leave the wash. I'm really upset they only let you go through the wash once a day. and I got an unlimited package from the auto wash which should have everything. it asks you to add stuff before the wash. it should already be included. but I'm pretty sure it's just a basic wash. I go to the wash on Liberty and Veterans in Batavia. I had a problems at Veterans and I contacted customer service. I received an email back that was not helpful. I emailed back and didn't get a reply. I contacted customer service three times over a month requesting a call back. No calls! I called one last time to file a complaint. I didn't request a call back as I never get one. I was obviously being ignored. When you call, you get the call center. When I've requested a call I don't get one. Same when I'm told I will get a call. I was surprised to get a call from Paul Morgan who said he's the area manager. He said he don't usually deal with customers. Well he shouldn't. He was rude, argumentative and had NO customer service skills. He told me I had enough perks and am getting a good deal. The way I've been treated and the poor washes, I should get it for free. I never asked for any perks. Any that I got were given to me by customer service. He mentioned me calling 15 times. There is a reason for the calls. I mentioned numerous Splash negative internet reviews. He didn't care about that. I mentioned the wash being closed a lot. He blamed it on parts. He didn't make any attempt to fix a thing. I had a problem with Classy Chassis Car Wash on Veterans Memorial drive in Batavia NY. When i first started going there years ago, their mechanical car wash broke a trim piece on top of the cab of my car. I didn't bring it to there attention. I replaced the part myself. From then on, I've tried to avoid using their mechanical wash and only use their touchless wash. Lately, most of the time, every one of their touchless car wash bays are simultaniously out of order. So I'm forced to use their mechanical wash or let the salt keep building up on my car. I can see where the spinning foam brushes hit the surface of my side mirrors as i go through. Those spinning foam brushes that wash the sides of the car, picked up debris and put four 1/2" - 1" chip marks on both my side mirrors. I showed the manager and he denied that the spindels picked up debris and chipped the mirrors. Ive been driving for 27 years. I've never had chips on my side mirrors, untill after I recently could only use Classy Chassis's mechanical car wash. Ive had this car for 6 years and personally put a little over 100,000 miles on it in that time. I never had chips in the side mirrors untill a couple of weeks ago when i had to start using Classy Chassis's mechanical car wash regularly. All of the sudden, both mirrors have large chip marks. The roughly 60 year old man with glasses who is the manager at this location is being dishonest about the damage on my car. Take your business elsewhere. read more

Get the kid in the booth who takes money a heater!!! It's 20 degrees outside and the teenage kid is freezing to death. I asked him about a heater and he said he did not have one and was "freezing to death." Not to mention the employees who have to spray the cars when entering the wash. I know it's part of the job but I did need anywhere the employees could go to get a hot drink and warm up. Car wash was fine. read more
