The basic wash uses a neoprene brush, that and along with their recycled water that is full of abrasive elements after washing multiple cars all day, has left scratches along both sides of my brand new 2026 vehicle. Delta Sonic's area manager Dave was very rude accused me of lying about the damages and the brush causing the damages. He refused to look up camera footage from February, March and April to prove that yes they did use those blue round neoprene brushes on my vehicle even though that was not in my plan. He reprimanded me for having less than 7,000 miles on my vehicle and told me that is a lot of miles for a new vehicle and that is where my scratches came from. I told him I live in the country and work in Buffalo so yes I have miles from driving back and forth to work every day and that would not cause parallel buff lines with scratches that trail along both sides of my vehicle. The only thing my vehicle was squeezed through since I got it was those blue neoprene brushes that should've never been used in the first place because I wasn't supposed to be getting a basic wash. I paid for a super kiss plus plan. So therefore not only did they damage my car they were charging me for a super kiss plus plan and only giving me a basic wash all winter. $1700 of damage

But even more intriguing than what was on the TV is to see young adults running a small car wash and doing a great job. This is a job that I would consider to laborious and tedious but the fact that there are kids doing it by themselves goes to show that hustling is a must when trying to pursue your dream period. And Hustle includes people under the age of 18 they have to hustle just as hard. The facts is in the pudding period. a young woman and a young man are doing this by themselves for a good price. it also takes working with what you have in order to make things grow. it takes patience and perseverance. They will to succeed only if those two p words are utilized to the fullest. It is also essential to stay focus and not let outside forces penetrate what you have going. Unless the universe sends some opportunity that is once and a lifetime the opportunities are endless to make money. You just have to put in the effort. the dream is free and the hustle is sold separately. so in order to succeed you have to have the perseverance to hustle everyday and night. and once persistent is evident than patience is key in order to see the growth. along the process try have joy and fun. without fun than there cannot be harmony. I did not want to get locked into a monthly expense so I declined. I was informed that the lowest detail available was for $ 36.99 so I paid $40 with tax to have it done. So for my money I got a 15 minute cleaning that was not as good as I use to pay $15 for!! That is a ridiculous price to pay for the little cleaning I got!! that's more than double the previous pricing for the same thing!!!! I was informed that they haven't had the $15 one in 2 years but I know I was there last year a couple of times and I would have never paid $40 to have it vacuumed & the windows & dash board wiped down! So I will take my business elsewhere and inform my family & friends what a rip off your detail shop is!!

I took the time to take all of my weathertech floor mats and cargo mats out of my vehicle to make it easier for them and to ensure a better clean. Boy was I mistaken. They did not vacuum under the front seats, between the front seats and center console, I paid $3 extra because my vehicle has 3rd row seats which were down, but the floor in front of the 3rd row was not vacuumed at all so I'm not sure what I paid for. I had dirt on the side wall of the cargo area which was not cleaned at all. Unfortunately I did not look around the car until I got home and went to put my floor mats back into it, otherwise I would of called them out on it while I was there. I took pictures and plan on going back today to complain. Don't waste your money just use their free vacuums and do it yourself you will be happier and at least your vehicle will be clean correctly. I will never go back there again for interior detailing. I know that they often time do a not so good job when i go though the car wash but at least I have unlimited washes and can go back everyday. If what I received was a "Super Interior Cleaning" I would hate to see what the "Basic Cleaning" looks like when they are done.

Minutes after leaving, the dealership called to say they had put the wrong vehicle on the paperwork -- their error -- and that I now owed $4,000 more. Instead of honoring the signed agreement or offering a meaningful solution, they offered just $600 off the new price. That's not professionalism or accountability. That's a dealership trying to fix its own mistake at the buyer's expense. If you shop here, take your time and double-check every line, because the pressure to rush through closing time cost me a deal I was ready to complete. The worst part, I actually would have purchased at the higher price had they showed me that to begin with. But the sales person partially blamed me when I told him I expected them to honor the price by saying "Stacy with all the research you did you had to know the price of the vehicle. It was an honest mistake but we showed you the numbers for 2020 and you signed for the 2020." I was absolutely appalled at this considering I really couldn't remember the price because I had driven so many different vehicles all within $5k price point and even though I asked for the copies of the paperwork, he rushed me out the door before providing them...I didn't think it was a big deal because they needed to do work to the vehicle before we paid in full. I couldn't even verify I signed paperwork he said I did during the phone call. And in the end, when sharing pictures of the papers via text, I was still missing a copy of the one and only paper I looked at super closely with the price and vehicle on it. Somehow this one conveniently "disappeared" and he proceeded to tell me I never signed a copy of that one. But it was the first document I signed and really the only one he let me read. Good riddance. What a blessing! And a lesson for me.
