Customer service is always a question when you walk into any car dealership. I can honestly say that Spitzer is a great place to buy a truck! We didn't have a great experience at a dealership that someone recommended us, and Spitzer was on our way home. We stopped in just to do one final look, and with in minutes were treated with respect and a sales person who wanted to help us find the right solution for our situation. May 30th 2026 - I made an appointment to go and look at a 2026 Tahoe. It was at the Spitzer North Canton location I had my down payment check in hand and my loan check. I signed the paper that ran all the numbers, included my trade in, and showed me my balance after my trade in. I was told that because it was Memorial Day monday, they could have the vehicle there by the following weekend so I could pick it up and complete all the paperwork. Tuesday I get a call - the other dealership sold the car that I had signed for. I let it go, figured mix ups happened. HOWEVER, I was supposed to get the May military appreciation month discount and had everything lined up to buy in May. Now because I was "officially purchasing" after May, I could no longer have the $1,000 off even though this was the dealerships mix up. I received a phone call saying they had a different one that was exactly the same but didn't have a certain package. He said to quote "you probably didn't even realize the other Tahoe had this package". It was the Tow package (and apparently young females automatically don't know anything about the packages their buying). I told them I grew up in a campground, I wanted that one specifically for the tow package. The following week I had decided to place an order to have the exact Tahoe that I was originally going to purchase made. I was told it would take 8 weeks to be finished. I called 8 weeks later to find out the salesperson that I had been working with (bless her heart, she was absolutely fantastic in the midst of all this) no longer worked there. It took over a week just to get ahold of a manager or to even get a phone call back. At one point, a woman I spoke with said "Oh this must be your Tahoe that is set aside here then". Once I got a call I was told that there was a problem with getting a Tahoe LS and that they're no longer taking orders for new ones because they will start making the 2027s so I would have to order one of those. I told him that I didn't order the LS, I ordered the RST. He stated the same thing to me. It sounds like they NEVER ordered the car to begin with because nobody can give me a straight answer. I got ahold of a manager last week who stated they found the same Tahoe and they were going to try and get it from the dealer but it was "a little further than they usually transfer". Sir, this was your dealerships fault - I don't care if you have to get it from across the country at this point..... Needless to say that was a week ago and STILL CRICKETS and it is now mid August 2026. I do NOT recommend this dealership to anyone unless you like to get screwed over. You would think a dealership would be happy to make a $80k sale considering I had all checks in hand. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

If I could post ZERO stars, I would. I bought a 2014 Dodge Ram from Spitzer Chevrolet on March 25th, 2026. On April 7th, less than two weeks of driving this truck, a check engine light came on. I had a different dealership do a diagnostic and the code came back as a faulty fuel sensor module. This is a particular problem with this model when you fill the gas tank to at least half a tank. The sensor decides to become retarded. I also discovered during these almost two weeks that my front passenger side drip rail was clogged and raining on the interior of my truck. Called the salesman who sold me the truck at the Spitzer dealership within a half hour of the check engine light coming on, explained what was going on, and he said, 'bring it in, we'll take care of it for you'. Now, knowing that I had the truck for less than two weeks, that implies to me that the dealership is willing to fix the problem, pro bono. When they got this truck from auction or wherever, their service techs absolutely would have put this truck on a diagnostic whether there were idiot lights on or not. I'm sure this isn't the first time that check engine light came on and they sure would have damn well seen it in the computer memory, just like they did when I took it in today, even without the check engine light being on at the time. Here comes the good part.............they wanted me to pay to the tune of $1,877 plus tax to fix the fuel pump sensor. So much for 'we'll take care of you'. Next time, make sure you include the vaseline when you THINK you're going to shyster someone who knows what it takes and the amount of time it takes to work on vehicles. 4 and 1/2 hours to change a sensor? I don't think so. Your 'techs' need to go back to school. This is a two hour job. You know, dealerships have written service manuals that tell you exactly how much time a job should take. Get a new one. And definitely get a service advisor that actually knows WTF they're supposed to be talking about. Serving as a go between for the 'techs' and the customers is absolute b.s. As a service advisor, Becky should have the written manuals at her fingertips as well as cost for parts. I looked up the correct part with the vin number and gave you a ballpark on what the sensor SHOULD cost and also the cost of an entire new fuel pump. You disregarded both and wouldn't even tell me what part number your 'techs' gave. I've been working on cars longer than you've been alive lady, even though I'm a chick, I do know what I'm talking about. Either learn your shit or get a different job, because you definitely suck at it. I had to demand my truck back so I could leave. The manager, John, said the would do it for $850 after me being irate in the middle of the dealership and service department for about 45 minutes. Lot of help you are. Your customers are your lifeline. Ignore them and eventually you will lose your job. That's exactly what you did to me. You were sitting less than 10 feet away behind the reception desk when I came in and asked to speak to my salesman or a manager. You did NOT acknowledge that you were a manager until after I had already been waiting for Matt for 15 minutes. So, keep pissing off your customers, see what happens. Great Lakes Hyundai dealership in Streetsboro is now fixing my fuel sensor and drip rail for $500 total and ALSO gave me a free loaner car. My grandparents, my parents, and myself ONLY went to Spitzer to buy our vehicles over the years. I'm sure my family has bought enough cars from Spitzer to total of well over 6 figures. That stops now. I will never buy from this dealership again and will actively tell other people not to either. read more

Spitzer Chevrolet - My new ride - Car Dealers Near Me - North Canton, Ohio

This dealership is not like it used to be. I have had issues with this dealership only recently as I've had to put over $3,000 into my car in the past month due to them misdiagnosing the issue. I bought my car from this location so I thought it was best to take my vehicle to them, but the technicians don't know what they are doing, at least with my Chevy Trax, they do not. I was told that I had a "cracked oil pan" and another pipe replaced a month ago and it came to about $800. I've been to this dealership twice in the past two weeks for repairs pertaining to an oil leak that the dealership stated that we thought it was the oil pan and another pipe that was causing the leak but it is now a cracked engine cover and crankcase and a few other issues that need replaced because of the leak. Two weeks ago I had a repair that was over $2,000 done to my vehicle for oil leaks with no sensors populating at that time and was only completed because it was discovered during an oil change and PM that there were leaks. After this repair was completed, the next day my check engine light came on. This is the first time my check engine lights has ever came on. When I came back, the service manager told me it was a coolant sensor and they would do the replacement since they were in there a week prior. After I was told this was completed, two days later my vehicle check engine light came back on and I brought it in and the service manager said we replaced the coolant sensor but now it's the thermostat housing assembly that needs replaced and that it was running hot. I then got my vehicle back because the service manager stated it would cost around $600 for this repair. At this time my car had a check engine light on and a red flag and beeping occurring. I finally took it to another shop I trust and they just diagnosed the issue today and are stating that the dealership misdiagnosed the issue and that the thermostat housing was not the issue, but the water pump. I have put over $3,000 into this vehicle with the Spitzer dealership over the past month and my car seems to deteriorate every time after I have a technician work on it at the north canton location. This never used to be the case when I would bring my vehicle to this location. Currently without a car until the correct repairs are done. read more

This is a place to definitely avoid, if you want to be treated honestly -- and I won't even discuss the bogus glass etching fee they tried to charge me. First, while purchasing a Bolt EUV, I was shocked when the salesman offered two free oil changes. Uh, the Bolt is an electric vehicle. Things got more interesting a few months later due to a major recall, involving the replacement of the high voltage battery. This is an issue that a responsible dealership should be on top of as it represented a potential safety hazard. Not so much with Spitzer. I had the joy of dealing with the service department, when Chevrolet sent me an email that I was to get some diagnostic software installed while waiting for the replacement of the high voltage battery system. The service department was unwilling to actually do that installation. I guess it was too much to expect them to just call their GM service hotline and figure things out. And to pile on, they also suggested I get an oil change. The final straw was when a person claiming to be the general manager called me a couple of times on this issue. The first time was to try and convince me that there simply was no software update. This only proved that he never bothered to read the copy of the email from Chevrolet on the subject that I had forwarded to the dealership. I suggested he do so. Then, when he called a second time, he now told me that I could fix the Bolt by tweeting it on my on - again stating that there was no software update. I had the pleasure of informing him that my vehicle was actually at a different dealership -- where that software update was being installed. As I said at the start, service related to the recall on my Bolt is important, as it deals with a significant safety issue. It's so sad that the Spizer service department doesn't understand that. Still, it was even worse that the supposed general manager was unable to actually read a simple email and act responsibly. I mean, come on, the email from Chevrolet was written at the 6th grade level. Surely a person claiming to be the general manager should have been able to read and comprehend it. Thankfully, I've found a new dealership to take my Bolt to and will never need to deal with Spitzer again. read more

I bought a 2019 GMC Sierra in January, the girl I was working with was sorta new, but very nice to work with. The problem I had was when we took the Truck for a test drive, the low fuel light came on, so we didn't drive very long or far. When I finalized everything 6 hours later, I got in my new Truck to go home and low and behold no gas was put in it. I said something and nothing was done. I drove straight to the gas station, because after the long day I was done with Spitzer. A few days later, I was asked to do a survey, I did and explained a few things and I was told a manager would contact me. I was floored that management had the salesgirl I dealt with call me about the survey. Left a second survey and no one contacted me. As all new trucks and cars have bells and whistles telling you about the condition of the brakes and such. I made the salesgirl aware that the back brakes were at 15% and the front brakes were at 25%. Nothing was ever done, shame on me... Now, let's get to the current situation, my birthday is in July, and I try to get my stickers early every year. I went to BMV, to find out the Plates that are on my truck are still registered in the car I traded in almost 5 months ago. I got ahold of Spitzer to explain, and I was told that there was an error because of the truck being from out of state, that I needed to get an inspection. I was told to go to E Check, that inspection wasn't good enough. Then I was told to go to the Ohio State Highway Patrol to get an inspection, so I did. The Commander explained that they no longer do that inspection, that I needed to go to a dealer, (that was humorous to me since Spitzer is a dealer). I made a call to Ganley, and they said yes, come on in and we can do the Out of State Vin # verification form for you. I got it done and sent it to Spitzer like I was asked. That was Tuesday morning and on Friday afternoon I received this email. Hello - I'm sorry but I don't have good news yet. After my title girl finally got a hold of them they are giving us 2 options: Get a letter or form from Ohio State Highway Patrol verifying the vin on the actual vehicle itself We can get you a copy of the title so they can see what the error is that needs to be corrected I do realize that you have already been to Ohio State Highway Patrol and weren't able to get anything. I even talked to title bureau myself in Stark Co and they said that they do perform those inspections. Other option is to go to PA to get it fixed which is where the error was made I guess. Obviously this would be an even longer process to go that route. In the meantime I am going to have the dealership overnight for Sat delivery a temp tag since you've Actually never been issued one. That will give us more time to get it fixed and not have you driving on Illegal or expired plates. We are going to have our boss in our office look into this for us also and see if she knows anything or has any other Suggestions. Again I apologize and we are trying our best to get this corrected. So expect to get temp tag tomorrow and hope you have a nice weekend. Appreciate your patience. I can't believe Option 2 was even brought up, like I'm going to drive to PA to fix SPITZER's problem. So to finish, I waiting on an explanation to why they couldn't get the truck plate sticker, because the Vin# needs to be VERIFIED... Yet, I was emailed a Temp Tag today with the same Vin # that they are asking to be VERIFIED... "The World Revolves around you" BS So confused and I'm So aggravated... A rating of one star is way, way to generous. AVOID this dealership is my best advice. They told me I was not eligible for my GM Valued Customer "special offer" of $1250 When purchasing a new vehicle. I was told the following day by GM corporate,after checking, to return to the dealership for correction. Spitzer acknowledged they made the error of $1250 as indeed I was eligible. They also corrected the error of charging me for a temporary tag when all i needed was a license transfer from my trade-in. I WAS OVERCHARGED $1264.00. Salesman Kent Smith assured me the refund amount would come from Spitzer Corporate offices in 7-10 days. It is now 41 days ( and counting) ... I have no title, no registration, and no refund. I have had conservations with my salesman ( he could care less) as well as his supervisor, John wolinski. ( assured me he would resolve and call me--- that never happened) I have contacted GM Corporate dealer complaint department on several occasions for assistance, been elevated to tier three complaint as Spitzer is simply ignoring there inquiry's. I have no title, no registration, and no refund after 41 days. In checking with the Ohio Bureau of Motor vehicles, they have warned me after 30 days, I could be sited for no registration, vehicle towed, and Auto theft without a clear title could be an issue. In good conscience I can't even drive my new vehicle. i am guessing my experience is not a " one off" Incident. There are many auto dealers out there.....i recommend you consider anyone but SPITZER of North Canton. Read, everything before you purchase a vehicle from Spitzer in North Canton. They supposedly etch the VIN on all the windows of the cars the sell. Then slip it on your purchase agreement without telling you about it. I read up on this and that service is supposed to be an option. This was a $519.00 lesson I learned. My lender saw it on the purchase agreement and called to ask me what it was. That is how I found out. Since I had signed without really looking I am out. They said they had several trucks stolen several years ago thats why they do the etching. I think if they are ripping others off like this those trucks should be paid for by now. read more

The only thing this dealership knows how to provide is negligent and incompetent customer service. Buyer beware, when you purchase a vehicle from Spitzer, make sure your stay on them throughout the entire transaction, especially after you walk out the door. Then when you reach out to talk to management at the dealership about your concerns, they are always conveniently unavailable. Corporate is an even bigger waste of time, they do not return phone calls or emails. It is very obvious why this dealership acts the way they do, poor management. On their website, Alison Spitzer states that "Spitzer is professional, transparent, and straightforward with customers." It's disappointing how I was told I'd receive great care from Darren but I got the complete opposite. Ending a conversation with "why don't I go to someone else". I first want to start off by saying Tanya went above and beyond the base line level of customer service. My family and I drove in from Texas to attend a family reunion. I brought in my vehicle to get serviced. Tanya's communication throughout the whole process was exceptional and she went above and beyond to reassure I had nothing to worry about and I would be taken care of. Kevin (mechanic) did an exceptional job! We made it back to Texas with no issues. Tanya reached out to me a couple of days later to check on me and my family to ensure we made it home safely. This personable gesture alone meant so much to me and my family. At no point did I ever feel like a customer during this ordeal, but more of guest. I bought a brand new truck on August 22, 2019. The finance manager repeatedly assured scratches could be buffed out. In the effort of buffing the went through the clearcoat. From the moment to this that truck has been the shop 4 times to fix the paintwork - the most recent involve at least 3 efforts to fix it. Top it off Spitzer marked my truck as damaged causing a loss of value. I have in my hand's evidence at their location stating the no longer wanted to deal with my truck. Already complained to a couple chevy dealers including this one and gm directly and no ones cares my car handles horribly. These guys at spitzer said my brand new car handles horribly on the expressway " because it's a compact car". Since driving other compact cars made by Volkswagen and some other companies I know this isnt true. Also had other people who have had comoact cars drive it and they highly agree. My cd player randomly skips with Brand new cds (Why i brought it here last week) and they said it fine. It's still happening. Also told them aboug how my brand new phone squils and gets fuzzy alot with my brand new phone and he said "my phone use to do that too" My car in under warrenty still yet nothing is ever fix on it. read more

Sorry I know this is long, but it has to be in order to explain all the issues I've had with this company. I have a hard time choosing where to begin. This company lied to me multiple times - I know that car sales companies aren't necessarily known for being honest but these were flat out lies. First, we got there to take the truck we were looking at for a test drive - the sales man told us that since we were from "out of town" (2 hours away) that the best route for us to test drive would be a little loop behind their sales lot. We never got above 45 mph and everything seemed great. After we purchased and were driving home (after they closed mind you, because they took FOREVER to finish paperwork and they were closed by the time we were done - convenient), we discovered that once we hit 55 mph the whole truck shook like going over rumble strips. They did NOT disclose to us that the truck needed a new torque converter. Been a nightmare trying to get it fixed because we're two hours away from them. Also they lied about offering a rental car if your vehicle needs fixed and it'll be gone overnight. I tried asking them and they kept saying the place fixing it needs to provide the rental but the place fixing it doesn't have any rentals - again, convenient. Secondly, the sales man I purchased through assured me that even though we were located in PA that would be no problem and they would take out the sales tax and get our plates done for us by using a "limited power of attorney" which we signed. I even called the day after we purchased to confirm that they were taking care of these things and again I was assured that they were handled for me and my plates would be in the mail within 30 days. After 13 days, I then received a letter in the mail stating that they were not able to do anything to get me plates and they couldn't even handle the PA sales tax that they charged me during the purchase. They sent me a check for the PA taxes and a letter that said I was on my own and had to contact the bank our loan was through to try to get the title so we could get plates. If they had told me this up front, I never would have purchased from them as I definitely didn't want to have to handle all these hoops with the bank and state, but like I said, they lied to me during the purchase. I then called the bank and they still haven't received the title to my vehicle from Spitzer even though Spitzer said they sent it out on March 3rd and it is now March 13th. I called Spitzer again complaining that my bank still hadn't received the title and I was given to a different "manager" who assured me that someone would call me with the tracking number for my title within a couple hours so I could see where it was. Never got a call back. I then texted them because they said texting would be more "convenient" for me. After a decent amount of badgering, I'm then given a tracking number that shows it was created AFTER I called to complain my bank hadn't received it (over 10 days after they claimed it was sent out). They lied to me about sending out the title on March 3rd, even though I told them that if they still had the title, it would make my life way easier because they could send it directly to the DMV for the bank and make things much faster, but they didn't care about helping me at all. My temporary registration is up in a couple days and I still haven't gotten this sorted out and they are REFUSING TO ANSWER MY TEXTS OR CALLS. I even asked if I could just return the truck and be done with this but they refuse to answer me. Wish I never would have gone here. read more

The chat service indicated the truck was still for sale and I setup an appointment. I called the next morning and talked to a REAL person in customer service and she also indicated the truck was for sale and confirmed my appointment. I wanted to make sure since I was more than an hour away. I drove out only to find out the truck was sold the evening before. What was their response??? Sorry, this happens. NO IT DOES NOT!!! The night I bought it on the way home I had a guy pull up next to me at a light and say my tail lights out so no biggie I'll put a new light in well that didn't fix it so I went in to pick up my other key fob and to get my hitch . Was told I had to pay to have them look at it and then the hitch was never taken off my old truck . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. It won't matter what you agree upon even if you make a deposit to "lock in the deal." They will bait and switch you. I made an arrangement over the phone with the floor manager of the dealership and gave $100 deposit to "lock in the deal" per Mike the floor manager. Salesperson (Scott) texted me the next morning and said the deal was off. There were several verbal commitments and money exchanged in the process of securing the vehicle. Our sales woman rolled her eyes at me and was very annoyed at every question I asked her. After I couldn't take her horrible attitude any longer and asked to speak to the manager and told him how horrible I was being treated he could have cared less. On March 19, 2022, I scheduled an appointment with the service department to get my tires rotated. After the job was complete, I drove my car home and parked it in the driveway and the car sat for the next couple of days undisturbed. On March 21, 2022, I went out to bring my garbage can back into my yard and noticed that my paint was chipped on the front passenger side above the tire, just under the wheel well. I called Spitzer on March 22, 2022 and informed the young lady in the service department about my discovery and she instructed me to come in and their detail guy would take a look at it. When I arrived late that day, I informed a gentleman why I was there, and he contacted the Service manager Tom. Tom came out and escorted me to my car and when he seen the chip he immediately said "my guys didn't do that, that was caused by a rock" I politely explained to Tom that I had not encountered any rocks and that my automobile was parked for days, he became angry and stated again "my guys did not do that" I then asked to speak with the manager of the dealership and he reported that he was the manager, so I asked to speak with his supervisor and he stated "he is not here" and turned and walked away, so I call the dealership while in the parking lot in shock that Tom would just turn and walk away, and guess who answered the phone, Chris, Tom's supervisor and the manager of the dealership who allegedly was not in the building. When I tried explaining to Chris about my concern he immediately became defensive and irate and stated "we did not do that" so I said if you guys are not going to try and find out if it was an error on Spitzer's part, then I will never return to this dealership to shop for car in the future, then Chris stated "We treat you people good and how come you people always say that you are never going to buy here anymore". I reminded Chris that I pay for all services when I bring my car here. So, I really did not understand his point. Chris then went on to say, "I will review the video to see if we are responsible for the chipped paint" and then about 10-minutes later Chris calls and informed me that he was not going to review the video and that he will give me a bucket of paint to fix the chip. I told Chris that if he was not going to review the video to even attempt to see if it was a human error on their part, then I do not want a bucket of paint. Chris then stated "Then you called to just argue" I asked Chris why you think I called to just argue when I just want to learn the truth "if your employees in the services department accidently chipped my paint. He then stated angrily "Then I will spend an entire hour to review the video then" and abruptly hung up. Now, today is March 25, 2022, at 9:30pm, three days from our initial conversation and I have not heard from Chris or Tom for that matter. I FEEL LIKE A SUCKER!! For purchasing my car from Spitzer. I find it funny that everyone were all smiles when I was in the office buying the car and now I am being treated terribly, or like those people that Chris referenced. My "$9.95 oil change" was scheduled for 11 am. I was early. Greeted nicely by a young lady who then proceeded to tell me that my air filter would be $35.95. Then stated that the car's maintenance was not up to date when I got it and that I needed some kind of injection/fuel system cleaning that would be another $127.00. I nixed that immediately. Don't know why when I bought it in October was not up to date. I asked her to have someone look at the front left tire and assess if it had a leak or if the sensor was bad because when changed from hot to cold, air pressure light was on and when put air in was ok then couple days later it was on again and too much. Was told they looked at it, tire had puncture and that cost me another $26.95 TO FIX A TIRE?? So ended up my $9.95 oil change cost me $94.93 ---2 hours later. so won't be back for that again. It cost me less for run-through oil change at Pennzoil. I called my gas station and could have gotten tire fixed for $6.00. While we are at it, I was not happy with my purchase experience. I brought in a 2008 equinox in very good condition (I take good care of my vehicles). I asked the salesman if you were paying off my car and he said yes. Now don't tell me he didn't know I was asking if the car loan left was being paid off. I did purchase extended warrenty so when paperwork was signed, I assumed it was the extras. It was NOT pointed out that I assumed $1500 of my loan on the 2008 equinox. Sooooo, I will not be purchasing another vehicle from you. Nor will I be recommending you. I came because my son recommended you and had a good experience with you. He's not overly happy with you now either. Aren't you glad you asked???????? DO NOT shop here unless you want screwed over!!! Made a deal, put the down payment in and everything, took the car home and a week later was told I had to give them more money than was agreed or they would have the car repossessed. What they do to people should be illegal! read more

Yesterday I put a battery in my 2016 Chevy Silverado I purchased in Hawaii and shipped to Ohio. After I put the battery in my power steering no longer worked. I called spitzer next day and they got me in within 30 minutes. They diagnosed and fixed the problem with in two hours and it was covered under my warranty free of cost. I am so happy they helped me so quickly and fixed my problem on my truck I didn't even buy there. I highly recommend the service department. read more

This was absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had, from the beginning to the end. Most of the poor reviews for this place are in regards to the sales department for the cars. I have no experience with this, however I do when it comes to having my vehicle serviced there. I took in my Chevrolet Cruze to have some warranty work done on it. Everything seemed to have been okay at first. They got my work done in a timely fashion and the service advisor was very courteous, even providing a rental/loaner car while my car was being serviced. My warranty covered that but I was told by service advisor that they would do it anyway even if it didn't. I thought that was pretty kind. Well once I came to pick up my vehicle, that's when the problems started. When I came to pick up my car immediately noticed a series of small dents on my rear quarter panel of my car. I immediately alerted the dealership staff before even leaving with the car. Since it was a Saturday and the service department had closed it was the sales team who "attempted" to assists me. Once of their sales members came out to take a look at the damage and took pictures of it with his iPhone. Another manager shook my hand saying "we will get this all worked out for you". Meanwhile during all of this I'm almost being charged for a warranty deductible I had already paid a week ago. Alerted them of that and since the service advisor wasn't there for the day, the sales guy called her cell phone and spoke with her and she verified that it was a mistake and it was in-fact already paid. So they changed that but were still determined to make money off of me due to it all being warranty work, so I was charged for Freon despite them failing to find the leak that I know exists. I didn't care at that point so I paid for it because I was still trying to sort out the damage on my car. This sales member who claimed he would get the information back to the service manager never did. I called the service manager myself and he said he didn't receive any pictures and immediately went off the handle with me talking about looking at surveillance video to see who "backed into me". What is this guy a psychic or something? I simply stated my car was damaged and he automatically concludes that someone backed into it as if that's the only way a car can be damaged. The type of damage that would have been done from being backed into wouldn't have consisted of small pellet sized dents will little to no scraping while the cars rear was facing the building. When trying to explain this just to at least get this coward to hear me out, he became very rude and condescending as if it's impossible for a car to be damaged by them. So you mean to tell me after being in business since 1984, you haven't damaged not one car? Accidents happen, but he man enough to at least consider the possibility that a mistake was made and not automatically jump to conclusions. What kind of customer service is that? And then the classic phrase "I'm not trying to argue with you". Who says that to a customer??? The service manager Blaise Clark immediately refused to assists me or take any liability for the issue. He didn't even attempt to hear me out. When I asked him had he seen the photos of the damage, he said no. No one even had record of the incident which is typical since it was the sales team who took the initial reports and as seen in these reviews they can be very dishonest. So the sales member who initially took pictures likely just deleted them and never showed them to the service manager. So watch out for them as well. Anyway, this service manager Blaise Clark showed no interest in even trying to assist a paying customer, he was on the defense from the beginning and that isn't good business. Yeah of course you just don't admit something without knowing the whole situation, but it's also disrespectful to automatically dismiss everything a paying customer has to say! That is where they really went wrong. It was the damage, it was the deception. Last I heard of the situation, the service manager claimed he was going to pull surveillance footage but claimed it was some convoluted process just to do that and he wouldn't be able to do anything any time soon. Absolute BS. Yet we all know if one of their cars were damaged that footage would be retrieved immediately and the place likely would likely have all sorts of police their investigating etc. learn to treat customers as the way you'd like to be treated. As far as the actual work they did, I have bottom panels now hanging from the bottom Of my Cruze where they didn't put all of the push pin retainers and screws back in after removing my oil pan and also my AC line caps were never put back on. All these parts when pricing them online will like total another 20 to 25 dollars out of my pocket to replace simply because I know these liars aren't going to take responsibility. I would like to tell you a little about my experiences with Chuck Fisher. I have purchased my last 7 cars from Chuck. I believe the time goes back to 1984 when I bought a Monte Carlo off of him. I have complete respect for Chuck as he has always treated me with respect and fairness when I have bought a car from him. I consider him a friend. I know he is going to retire this year so I wanted to buy one last car from him. I have introduced him to my daughter last year, which she then bought a car from him. My next car buying experience will not be the same but I know Chuck will talk to another salesmen at Spitzer to make sure I am taken care of in the same way he has. Chuck will be missed but I wish him the absolute best retirement. read more

I would reverse this review and give you a FAIL for suckering me into a car that does not fit my needs. I rolled into the showroom in a mobility scooter. I had a wheelchair lift on the back of my trade-in. The first thing I said to Renee was, "Whatever I buy, it needs to accommodate my lift." I have a witness. Even without me saying it, a kindergartener could add 2+2. I have spent an additional $550.00 for a car that drags on the ground. Chris the manager denied I ever mentioned it. So that makes me a liar. They won't do anything to rectify the situation. There were remedies before the sale, but it's too late now?? My 7th car will be my last car from Spitzer.
