With Cintia I have been regaining mobility and stretching body parts that had always lacked flexibility. Her classes make me feel limber, with better posture and renewed energy. Before attending Cintia's classes I had been in and out of physical therapy, mostly due to sciatica. But that came to a quick end with the first yoga class. She has a gentle and effective way to make you stretch. For each part of the body she spots your level of capability. Using a series of exercises, each taking a small step, but cumulatively it produces a significant difference. She combines her expertise in yoga with her scientific background in biology. Her studio has lots of equipment that's fun to use. But most important the yoga classes are a form of pre-emptive physical therapy keeping ailments from occurring.
