Felt welcome right away was able to relax and focus on the treatment Flexible appointments. Pretty much can get an appointment when you need it. Early morning, open at 7, work late, open till 6. Listened to me and made treatment plan around my progress. Work with different people all the time, you get to see and experience different treatment philosophy and see what you like best. Cons- You work with different people all the time. This was different, as you usually get assigned to someone so they can follow your progress. I didn't like it, Especially in the beginning, as I had to explain what the problem was over and over. Treatment tables in the middle of the room. Didn't like answering Medical questions with other people so close to hear. Tables about 2-3 feet apart. They do have private rooms and I guess you could ask to be put in one Staffing issues. Some days be more staff than people, others more clients and few staff, and those days you end up waiting around a lot. Had to cancel a few appointments I had made after my 7 am PT appointment cause I wasn't out of there in time. Everyone was really nice and friendly, and enjoyed working with everyone on the Staff, everyone is professional and competent. I really enjoyed working with Sam and Jacque, two of the most caring people I've ever met. You work mostly with the techs, and they were amazing. For PTAs, while everyone was good and brought something different to the table, Jenn and Micah were awesome, and felt I responded best after being treated by them. Highly recommend this place for PT if you should ever need it

Extremely disappointed with ATI Physical Therapy and their billing practices…read more Before I even scheduled my first appointment, I specifically asked them to verify my insurance and tell me exactly what my cost would be per visit. I was told it would be approximately $60. I intentionally waited several days for them to verify my insurance information before moving forward because I wanted to know the cost upfront. At my first visit, I was charged $65. It was $5 more than quoted, but I didn't make an issue of it. Now, approximately 25 days later, ATI is trying to charge me an ADDITIONAL $95 for that same visit. That brings the total cost of ONE physical therapy visit to $160. When I called customer service, I was told the original $65 was supposedly only a "deposit." That was NEVER explained to me. Had I been told that $65 was simply a deposit and that I could later be billed another $95, I would have never agreed to the appointment. What makes this especially frustrating is that I specifically asked for the cost BEFORE scheduling and gave them time to verify everything with my insurance. Their customer service experience only made the situation worse. Patients deserve transparency about what they are agreeing to pay. Quoting someone around $60, collecting $65 at the appointment, and then nearly a month later billing another $95 is completely unacceptable to me. I would absolutely NOT recommend ATI Physical Therapy based on my experience. If you decide to use them, I strongly recommend getting your expected TOTAL cost in writing before receiving any services.

A big shoutout goes to my two PTAs, Kenny and Daisy, for their attentiveness and supportiveness. At times, even Brandon, who was working on another patient, noticed and pointed out something I was doing wrong. Thanks to them, I am now determined to go to the gym at least 3 times a week to practice climbing stairs, killer water exercises, pedaling a dual-action recumbent bike, and walking more. In fact, I can now pedal for 35 minutes, and that's a miracle.

I'd give the service I received a 4.5/5: everyone was friendly and competent, and I did improve. My only service complaints are that you only get to see the actual PT for evals/re-evals and the PTAs would only do manual therapy on one body part (I was there for my shoulder and knee, and I had to pick which they'd work on). It just felt like they were a bit stingy with the care and access to the PT. Here's the reason for the one star: they told me my estimated payment was $44/session (I have a high deductible plan, so all sessions were basically out of pocket). That seemed low, but I figured they'd tell me if there was a change, and in the meantime I went in the recommended 3x/week since it was so affordable. Two whole months later, I got a bill for over $1000. The "estimated payment" turned out to be only a fraction of the actual cost of each visit, which ranged in price from $109-$278. Had I known this, I never would have gone in so frequently, and I would have asked to pay the cash price, as it was lower than my insurance's contracted rates. I asked both the billing company and Jackson's office manager why the amount they were charging me wasn't changed as soon as they knew my insurance allowed for a much higher fee, or why they let me keep coming in without telling me I would be slammed with a huge bill. They told me they have no systems in place to do that. They would have kept charging me $44/visit and then sending huge bills forever. This is terrible, even unethical, business practice. Carson, the office manager, was very nice and said she'd contact me once the rest of the insurance claims came through so we could work something out with the huge balance. I paused PT in the meantime. After several weeks, I called and left a couple messages for Carson. She eventually texted me and said she would call me once she heard back from their billing company. I left her another message a couple weeks later, but I never heard back. I was planning on going back to Jackson and did not seek another PT referral, and I have regressed in the months without care. My daughter's PT referral was randomly sent to Jackson, and when they called me last week to schedule, I told them I needed to resolve my account first and to have Carson call me. They then told me my chart had been closed and I was no longer a patient there. Then they said that since I wasn't going to schedule for my daughter, they'd reject her referral. I honestly don't know what happened. I don't know why she wouldn't call me back. I told everyone who called that I wanted to come back in as soon as we figured out the account. My advice is, unless you are POSITIVE what your copays are, do not go here. EDIT: She called me the day after I posted this. She said she'd tried to call me once but it rang without going to voicemail. I do not have a record of this call, and she did not say why she didn't try again or call back the other times I contacted the office. No apologies were given, but she did get approval to reduce my balance by a modest percentage, which I really appreciate.

One time my babysitter canceled last minute and they assured me it would be okay to bring all three of my kids. The boys even got to play in an amazing indoor jungle gym type room after our appointment. The staff really went above and beyond for us and made a stressful time a positive experience. The office staff were all friendly and helpful and when I needed follow up help at 10 months for difficulty with feeding Kelley saw me right away and in just one session she got my son moving his tongue and drinking from a cup and showed me how to work on all these things at home. I'm so happy my dentist recommended Speakeasy.

My child with autism was recently discharged from the speech therapy solely because she reached an age cutoff. (she is only 15), despite her clear and ongoing need for speech and communication support. Speech therapy is a long-term necessity for autistic children, not something they "outgrow" at specific age. The age should never be a factor in determining whether an autistic teenager receives speech therapy! All autistic children/teenagers are at different levels when it comes to speech. The fact that even the owner of the company was not able to help is incredibly disheartening. Dropping a child from therapy due to age rather than her actual progress is unacceptable and unethical! The therapist just handed me a piece of paper with a list of places to call that offer social group settings for my child which I did has not been successful. Most of these places that I contacted have long wait lists for speech therapy. So now my child is stuck, I am going through a lot of hassle and stress, and Speakeasy is a big Disappointment! This company is failing the autism community, unfortunately!

This location is in the Centennial Hills area off of the 215/Durango exit. It's in a plaza with plenty of parking spots. When I arrived at the facility for my first PT appointment on a Wednesday around 3:00 P.M, it was a breeze to check in. I had completed all of the paperwork required online. There are only a few seats in the facility though. Kiana is an amazing physical therapist! She is constantly providing challenges and is knowledgeable! My first appointment focused on getting a clear baseline of where my hand was at. Kiana measured my hand strength, assessed my mobility, and talked through my goals so we could create a plan for the rest of my PT sessions. By the end of that initial visit, we had a solid game plan in place, and I even started some targeted exercises for my right hand to begin improving strength and movement right away. This is the place to go if you need PT! The team members here are outstanding!

They don't know what they are doing and just tell you what you want to hear.
