The pain just got worse and worse and I then sought out pain management options. Over a period of ten years I had a procedure called radio frequency oblation which had to be done every 9 months. Not fun. After my last pain management procedure in 2009, it no longer worked. I was desperate and in excruciating pain with limited mobility .
