The establishment is located in the strip mall right across the street from Willowbrook mall. Enough free parking and I've never had a problem. The studio is in shape of an L and the numbering system on all the equipment is apparently a little "backwards" from most other locations, but I don't mind. I have had classes with a few different coaches and they each have their own style and way of infusing fun and motivation into the classes. There is a basic structure to the classes, but the exercises are always a little different so you never feel like you are doing the exact same workout twice. Complimentary use of the shower as long as you bring your own towel. I like this location because the staff and coaches take the time to get to know you as a person especially if they are a new face to you. They were already greeting me by name on my second visit. A very nice touch that brings a smile to my face before my workout! Admittedly it is a little pricier than your standard gym membership and you have to another upfront cost for use of the heart monitor. It also works better if you download the app and sign up for classes ahead of time. But if you feel like you need someone to guide you through a workout and you push yourself more as a result of it (I know I do), then OrangeTheory Fitness is worth a consideration.

Whenever I've had an issue or a concern, the issue has been dealt with quickly and professionally. I love how each class is different and targets one's endurance, strength or power. The coaches are inspiring and push members to do their best. If they feel that you can lift heavier weights or increase your speed little more on the treadmill, they'll push you to do it. They get to know people's names which creates a sense of belonging. I love how there are people of varying places in their healthy living journey at the gym. No one is there to judge. Everyone is there with one goal in mind. I highly recommend this gym!

The studio itself is clean and very flawless. The selling point of this experience was the instructor, Breanna. Hands down, the best of the best. Half drill sergeant, half Tim Robbins. If you can find a 40lb kettlebell alone for less than 80$ I will take my hat off to you (if I'm wearing one). Downside? Business hours (closed sundays, only open 11-5 otherwise), and for me, the location. Its pretty far out there, but for those prices I will travel. Far. Highly recommend!

Absolute terrible gym atmosphere…read more I've had my car broken into three times in their parking lot , and they offer no security cameras or fencing to try to protect your belongings from the near by bus stop. If your a woman here , prepare to deal with not so friendly front customer service reps. They have been consistently rude through out the years. The gym feels like you're in a warehouse with no windows ... because that's basically what it is. It's dark, and depressing inside. All three of these combine to make for an absolute terrible gym atmosphere , and then add a $50 + price tag to your month to month membership fee .... save the $15 and go to a better lit, higher security, friendlier staff gym.

Then on September 21 I received the following email: {FirstName}, Ninja Sports Club is about to begin a new and exciting chapter. Our club will be moving to a new location in the fall. All of our programs/classes will be temporarily suspended on October 24, 2022 while we vacate our current space.  We will announce our new location, and the start date of our new programs, once everything is confirmed with our new landlord.    In the meantime, please continue to enjoy our club.   All active Memberships that renew on, or after, September 24, 2022  will be automatically prorated until October 23, 2022.     All active Class Passes that expire during our transition period will be honoured at our new location, and the expiry date will be automatically extended.    All Class Passes that expire on, or before October 23, 2022, will not be extended, as their terms have been completed.  We are eagerly looking forward to moving into our new home! Ninja Sports Club Once I found out they were not reopening in Langley or any surrounding area via a Facebook post in December 2022 but rather moving to Kelowna I immediately asked for a refund. I've been sending emails every few months following up on the status of my refund. At first I was basically getting no response. I see on the Facebook post comments that I wasn't the only one asking and getting nothing. Then when they finally started to respond I was first told it would happen once they opened the new location (so I guess all the money they had from people in Langley for services they hadn't provided was no longer there so they needed to wait till they had money coming in from their new location.) Then after they opened they just kept saying that I've been placed in the queue. So if they had this many people asking to have a 'queue' then surely there were many people that they are trying to scam money out of with the same bullshit run around they are doing to me. So after nearly 10 months of chasing them and being told 'your refund is coming' I received the following email on September 29, 2023. Hi Shauna, Our apologies. Upon further review, your 10-class pass was purchased in September 2022. All class passes that were purchased in September had a strict expiry date of October 23, 2022. The reason for this strict expiry is because we were not sure if we were staying in the area, and as a result, all passes purchased in Sept were given until Oct 23 to be used. There was absolutely no indication that you were closing when I signed her up nor was there any October 23 expiry date as I'm not stupid to purchase a 10 class pass when she didn't start till September 15 and could only attend once per week so certainly wouldn't have given her an opportunity to even use the 10 classes. Do you have documentation that I agreed to this??  When I had asked your staff after the SURPRISE notice that the gym was 'temporarily' closing if her passes were still valid once it reopened I was told absolutely. Then after the gym was closed I received correspondence was that you were moving to Kelowna and that's when I asked for a refund, almost a year later and now you are telling me I'm getting nothing back??  Way to screw over a single mom! I really hope you just make this right and give me my money back. It's very poor business for what you are doing... Again I encourage you to make this right.  I then sent him the 'moving email' that indicated that the passes would be valid at the new location. But since they moved out of the lower mainland I asked for a refund because they can't expect people to drive to Kelowna to use their remaining passes.... I have received no response... I have even messaged back and asked for a response and still nothing a week later. So sad this is the kind of person working with our children... disgraceful.
