The trainer did NOTHING. She asked if I was ok as I sat on the floor in agony. I was the only person working out at that moment so you could HEAR the pop. I asked if I could have an ice pack or if they had a first aid kit and she said they did not. I asked if I could at least have a water from the refrigerator so I could stop the swelling and she did grant me that (but I had to give it back). I reported this and asked if I could end my contract but they did not allow me so I paid FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR. It's a year and a half later now and I'm still recovering from this. I'm still getting, "We miss you" emails from them which has engorged my rage and prompted me to warn others about this. If this doesn't stop you from signing up, check out their hours. They are absolutely HORRIBLE. For a person with regular work hours, not convenient at all. Unless you like live like right next door. Oh, yeah, another issue I had was I moved to Vancouver suddenly, like a week after signing up. Nope. Not convenient at all. They rope you in with this "woman safe space" which is complete BS when they obviously don't care about you, even when you get injured RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM.

I have lost 25lbs, gained a lot of muscle mass, which at 61yrs of age is very important, gained my confidence back and I am having the best time ever. The coaches are FANTASTIC!! The owners are FANTASTIC, they are also 2 of the 4 coaches. This is the best gym I've joined, and the best thing, it's only a 30min class. This gym is a must for those not feeling comfortable in a gym setting, there is NO judging, show boating, competing with other members, we all support each other, it's one big happy FAMILY ON 3!!

I took the time to do so, yet the cancellation was never processed. As a result, I continued to be charged without my knowledge. I accept this as my fault for not checking my credit card closer, but when I brought this to their attention (not expecting a refund as I should have checked my card) I was told I would still need to pay another month's fees and a yearly maintenance fee!! $%%#@$#%$ This situation reflects a serious lack of follow-through and really low grade customer care. I fulfilled my obligation by cancelling in person, and the failure to process it was entirely on their end. Expecting additional fees after their oversight is just bad business ESPECIALLY when they can see I haven't been to their gym in OVER A YEAR!!! I would not recommend this gym to anyone and I will be sure to spread the word.

Mehtab appears to have taken on a self importance to her job title "Fitness Manager". If anything is true, her personal appearance most definitely does not inspire fitness as a trainer and "Fitness Manager". She may want to work on her fitness and lead others by example before barking at others. Lastly I know I could never train with her as when she walks by me her body odor is awful. Will

You have access to the co-ed side as well but there are way more dumbbells and equipment on that side. I still prefer Fitness World W Georgia to this location. I originally joined another location of OrangeTheory Fitness but I visited the Langley location…read moreonce and I found myself coming back when my schedule permitted. The establishment is located in the strip mall right across the street from Willowbrook mall. Enough free parking and I've never had a problem. The studio is in shape of an L and the numbering system on all the equipment is apparently a little "backwards" from most other locations, but I don't mind. I have had classes with a few different coaches and they each have their own style and way of infusing fun and motivation into the classes. There is a basic structure to the classes, but the exercises are always a little different so you never feel like you are doing the exact same workout twice. Complimentary use of the shower as long as you bring your own towel. I like this location because the staff and coaches take the time to get to know you as a person especially if they are a new face to you. They were already greeting me by name on my second visit. A very nice touch that brings a smile to my face before my workout! Admittedly it is a little pricier than your standard gym membership and you have to another upfront cost for use of the heart monitor. It also works better if you download the app and sign up for classes ahead of time. But if you feel like you need someone to guide you through a workout and you push yourself more as a result of it (I know I do), then OrangeTheory Fitness is worth a consideration.

I started off by attending classes 2x a week but then increased my plan to unlimited. The staff are wonderful. Whenever I've had an issue or a concern, the issue has been dealt with quickly and professionally. I love how each class is different and targets one's endurance, strength or power. The coaches are inspiring and push members to do their best. If they feel that you can lift heavier weights or increase your speed little more on the treadmill, they'll push you to do it. They get to know people's names which creates a sense of belonging. I love how there are people of varying places in their healthy living journey at the gym. No one is there to judge. Everyone is there with one goal in mind. I highly recommend this gym!
