One thing above all else stands out most for me: I've been training with Brennan over the last year and I can say without a single doubt that he has helped me make the most positive changes in my life. He graciously took me on as a client when my original trainer had left. He is patient and understanding beyond belief. He goes above and beyond for all of his clients in so many ways. Brennan has worked so hard with me to get me closer to my fitness goals and has also helped me maintain a healthy weight during weeks of bad stomach flare ups which would typically cause my wait to drop anywhere for 15-30lbs what's normal for me. Not a single flare up this year kept me down and I have Brennan to thank for that. Not only has he shown me the physical benefits of lifting and being consistent with workouts/eating well he has shown me exactly how amazing the gym is for my mental health. There have definitely been days where I've come in fighting internal battles and first Brennan listens to me vent and then he shows me exactly how strong I am and how powerful the mind and body really is. I've walked into the gym feeling weak and defeated and within 10 minutes of working with Brennan I feel 100x stronger and I always leave better than when I walked in mentally, emotionally and physically. I cannot thank him enough for how he's been the most supportive trainer I've ever worked with. He answers every single question I have, explains in depth what each lift does for my body, and even listens to me complain about whatever crummy day I was having ALL with a glowing smile. I am beyond thankful for everyone at this location for providing such a warm, welcome and safe environment for all walks of life to work on themselves. The only thing of note is that the music/microphone volume in the classes is unnecessarily loud but the last couple of times I've been there it seemed quieter, so maybe they've recently addressed this. In fact, several times throughout the week, at peak periods FW staff trainers hold classes that uses the entire gym making it impossible to train independently. There's only one set of pretty much any equipment which means your often waiting for weights and benches. The washrooms are never cleaned and often in disrepair. Equipment is rarely wiped down by members even if FW actually filled the hygiene stations. It's disgusting. More importantly, it is not a safe space and there's no staff on site if aggressive individuals are present. People regularly fob in large unpaying groups. When asked about this, FW says "there's nothing we can do". You're better off doing pushups in your living room.

I liked it so much that I bought the 10-class pass directly from them instead of using the classpass. The class sizes are small, non-intimidating but quite challenging, everyone I've met has been friendly, and the facility is clean. You can tell from the way the trainers interact with each other at the gym that they have a good culture here. They provide all the equipment and mats here at no extra cost. I've seen other gyms that don't provide mats at all so everyone just sits and stretches on the dirty floor and it grosses me out. I've attended Kettlebell Scuplt, Triple C, and HIIT classes so far with Klaudia E. and Michelle A., and they are all fantastic! I walk away feeling sore in a really good way, and I feel stronger and notice my body looking a bit more toned. I'm looking forward to my next class!

I would highly recommend trying out one of the classes as it is probably the best group of people you can train with. Patrick and Marco are so knowledgeable and so motivating - they make the workout challenging every time and I leave feeling so good about the workout and the progress I have made.
