They have so many options for pain relief and treatment. The whole place is really cool and open, always has people in it working out or getting a spa treatment! I highly suggest this place for pain relief or a good work out! Or both!

I had a membership to this gym back in April to May 2018. The first thing that attracted me to it…read morewas the price. I've actually connected with this gym via Instagram. Whoever ran its account followed me and remained active as far as liking my posts and commenting. I really appreciated it and because of it, I've paid a visit and signed up. The first day, the employees were helpful and seemed very welcoming. I've signed up and the fee at the time was $35 a month. It was something that I could get with. I started going to the gym at least every other day around 6 a.m. because it's usually empty and I would get enough exercise in without worrying about being around others. It was cool for a minute. Then one day, due to the fact that I had be elsewhere earlier in the day, I've decided to go around noon where I know plenty of people were going to be around. When I walked in, I flashed my membership card so that no one can stop me and try to ask a million questions. The employees all had this weird look on their face. It was a look of "Who is he?" and "Does he even belong here?" You could cut the tension like a knife. It felt as if the record stopped once I walked in. Anyway, I walked straight to the locker room to get into my workout gear. No more than 2 minutes later, one of the employees, or who I believe is the owner, came in behind me. He walked around the locker room for at least 30 seconds. Then he pretended to use the bathroom because the urinals are right there as soon as you walk in. I didn't hear anything nor did he wash his hands, so my b.s. detector went off immediately. I've proceeded to go upstairs to begin my workout. However, 10 minutes later, I packed it all up because it was fresh in my mind. The next day, I called to cancel my membership. I had to pay an extra $35 for the next month, but I couldn't get down with what I felt, in which I believed that I was a target of discrimination. And even if it wasn't direct, I'm sure if I've stayed longer, it would've happened. Several times prior to going to this gym, I've called and the owner, I assume uses his private phone, answered. Each conversation felt very dry and he didn't even show no enthusiasm towards a new gym member. I had to get out of it quick because other than getting myself together, I would like to feel welcomed. Gyms are usually places where bonds are formed through the shared love of fitness. Here, it felt like I was a ghost...one who was visible, but unwanted.

Dr. Martin Quiroga does not care about his patients like everyone on here is saying. He's too…read morenarcissistic to care about anyone but himself. I've been in the office multiple times and he's said I'll be there in a few minutes and then a few hours later a colleague of his would come in. I've only seen Dr. Otero 1 time but all my procedures are billed under him which is insurance fraud and I've been billed for procedures that I have never had done in his office like a nerve conduction/EMG. Dr. Quiroga is also a pervert and while sitting in his office I have seen him kiss female patients on the mouth and have heard him use sexual language with female patients, the fact that he hasn't been sued for sexual harassment makes me believe he brainwashes his patients so they think it's a normal thing. He also only cares about the money so if you go to him expect multiple injections under anesthesia which is needed for all shots but it makes him more money. All I'm saying is there are better doctors out there and all your doing at Dr. Quiroga's office is going into debt. 10/10 would not recommend this place to anyone.

Dr.Quiroga is the pain specialist at this clinic. I was a patient for only a few months but I can…read moresay that I was treated with respect by almost everyone working here. They are all extremely nice and very helpful. Unfortunately me and Dr. Quiroga did not see eye to eye on the plan he had for me. He does explain in depth the plan he will create for you which will most likely involve injections...alot! I did not feel injections were for me as I have already been down that road many times with zero results. So I was told I broke the contract due to missing my appointment for my third injection. You see I have been literally fighting to live since the age of 13. I have an extremely rare tumor and was cut many many times before realizing it is a non surgical tumor I'm also an above knee amputee with genuine pain. After me and Dr. Q had a pretty big misunderstanding about the plan he had for me. He wanted to throw me into withdrawal even though I'm the one who asked to continue to lower my medicine I realized quickly this place was not for me. I research all my Drs and this one I went by my Primary. Do I'm simply chucking it up as a loss. Be sure you follow the plan. Get the shots. Or you will see his short man syndrome come out fast. I definitely experienced two completely different people with Dr Q. After I made it clear I will not take suboxone. But if you do want injections. This is the place for you. The ONLY reason I gave them a 3 was because the staff there are extremely helpful and nice.

I've been seeing Dr. Sinawi for about the last year and have alternated from multiple times a week…read morevisits to a few a month. I originally made my first appointment to help with mid back pain that wouldn't quit. I requested an appointment through their site and was promptly contacted directly to set up an appointment. A few things stand out to me about Dr. Sinawi that may be able to sum up my experience: flexible, friendly, persistent and creative. Flexible: I work in Detroit but live in RO and I can't tell you how many times i've called and said I'd be late due to traffic. Every time, I get an immediate and friendly reply from Meghan the receptionist (who is super friendly and personable herself) letting me know if they can make it work. 9.9/10 they are able to fit me in. They advise I may have to wait a little but I swear i've never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes. I appreciate that flexibility with all that competes for my time. Dr. Sinawi seems to understand that life happens and his priority is getting you the care you need. Added bonus, they recently added online scheduling that you can do from your phone or computer! Could it get any easier than that!? Friendly: No one wants to go to a Chiropractor that's a total butt or stuck up about the practice... at least I don't. Dr. Sinawi is a fun guy who is relatable and makes it easy to communicate with. I truly enjoy my visits from a human level. Good people give good experiences. This is also important to me because it creates an environment where I feel comfortable telling from if something did or didn't work. He is open to feedback and does not take it personal. If you do see him, be honest with him about what is working and not. That friendly demeanor isn't just a front, he will actually listen. Persistent and Creative: I'm going to lump these two together since I think they are two skills that complement Dr. Sinawi in his approach. When my first few sessions didn't get the results we were looking for right away he tried all kinds of different techniques until we found what worked for me. He keeps great notes to reference back to and always remember what did and did not work. At one point earlier this year I had my TMJ flare up and kick me in the face so bad I was going crossed eyed from the pain. Dr. Sinawi helped me with adjustments to my jaw and over time, we found relief from the adjustments that I just wasn't getting from the Dentist. I'd also like to add that Dr. Sinawi is open and even encourages complementary treatments. For example, Chiropractic and Massage Therapy, when it will be effective. Through his recommendation I started seeing a message therapist and the combination is really working for me. I see this as another example of how he has his patients best interest in mind. Bonus: He is also open late on Tuesday and Thursday which super helps us folks who are working the ol' 9-5.

Had a regular check-up and was impressed with how attentive the doctor was. Didn't rush, answered…read moreall questions thoroughly. Front desk could be a bit more organized, though.
