I have been using laundry services like this for about a year now. It has changed my life being able to spend little to no time on laundry. All I have to do is leave my dirty clothes in a bag outside/ inside by my front door depending on weather, and place my clean clothes in the dresser. I have so much more time to do other things that I'm good at since laundry is not my forte it would take up a whole day for me. I was using a similar laundry service before I found this one. Their customer service was rude and did not value my business. Looking for other services I found Spin Sudz with absolutely great customer service! They are always willing to listen and have great concern for their customers. They are super accommodating with everyone's busy schedules. Also, the service they provide is of great quality. Not only does everything come folded in great logical order, they deliver my button downs on hangers keeping them nice and wrinkle free. When I made the switch I was absolutely impressed with my first experience and knew I made the right decision. Did I mention the delivery guy is really nice and accommodating as well? I'm a regular customer of Spin Sudz first off. It's important that customers know that Spin Sudz employees at the shop that I use have always been incredibly helpful. I am a person with a severe physical disability & every single one of their Delivery Drivers go above & beyond when picking up & especially when dropping off, I can not lift more than 5lbs, can't bend over because my entire spine & pelvis is fused Along with a few other medical complication. For the past 10 years my clothes come back extremely clean, neat & folded. I just had a little issue first time in a long time I wasn't in the hospital & I realized I really needed a pickup & Spin Sudz had a driver at my door the very next morning for pick up & next day deliver. Now that is what I call 1st class service they do not speak with empty words Their actions & customer service is as good as it gets. I am a very difficult customer to please but I have to tell you- this is the best service ever!! I am a single parent that works a full time job, I get home tired and really don't have the time or energy to do my laundry. This is easy, fast and convenient . You log on -schedule the day, time and place you want your clothes to be picked up and that's it! From the comfort of your home, office or mobile phone! The clothes come back the next day! Yes - you heard right - NEXT DAY! They smell great and are nicely folded. All you have to do is take the clothes out of the Spin Sudz bag (given as a courtesy to customers) and right into your linen closet and drawers. It's as easy as that! Prices are great and the service is the most professional I've ever seen. They even send you an email to let you know the time frame your clothes will be delivered! Completely blown away by this company. Aside from saving my butt tons of time on laundry, this company is so honest and caring. I had no idea that I lost my Apple iPhone headphones and when my laundry was returned, I learned that I must have left them in one of my pockets. How honest and wonderful for them to return them to me! They could have easily been taken by a staff with no way for me to prove it or know about it. On another occasion where it was raining, my actual laundry bag was protected in an extra plastic bag from the wet weather. What a lovely touch. I used this company after having awful experiences multiple times with a similar company and im so happy I made the switch. I just schedule a pick up, leave my laundry outside, and they return it. The driver left my clothes 11 doors away because he doesn't know how to read. My clothes were stolen from that unit, and Harvey refuses to accept responsibility. There was never an issue when my clothes were dropped off at my door. Harvey keeps telling me that they are not responsible for clothes left unattended. That would be okay if they were dropped off at my address, and I didn't bring them in, but this is not the case. I asked to speak to the owner and was flat out refused the information. I think the Better Business Bureau needs to be made aware of this very poor customer service. read more

My boyfriend and I love spin sudz, it is one less thing in life we dont have to stress about. I love the texts I signed up for so if I'm at work I know my clothes got picked up. I love how you can change your preferences every time if you want to. They fold everything meticulously and categorize it all in a neat little bag that you get to keep, my boyfriend loves the dry cleaning and their prices are very fair, that takes 2 days where the regular laundry is overnight. I couldn't be happier with this service! I have mobility issues and cannot do my own laundry and for several years my sister-in-law has done my laundry for me. She works a full time job and it pleases me greatly to not have to continue putting that burden on her.
