The (I assumed) owner came in a couple times to pickup and straighten out anything out of place. He also gave me a very nice complimentary laundry bag with their logo on it.

My daughter was there with me, and we were actively using the machines and paying for our laundry. What made the situation worse is that this employee chose to approach my daughter when I was not around instead of addressing me directly. That behavior felt petty and unprofessional, and it created an uncomfortable situation for my daughter. As customers who spend roughly $200 per month there, we expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy. Because of this interaction, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, this experience left such a negative impression that I will not be returning.

I saw a homeless lady opening the dryers and taking out other people's clean clothes. I also saw people there who look like they are doing drugs. On one occasion I saw a male with blood stains on his pants and he was talking to himself (I saw no type of wireless headphones being used, so it couldn't be that). I know having blood on your pants and talking to yourself is not a crime, but I felt unsafe. On another occasion, my friend told me she saw what looked like a gun in the trunk of a car. She saw it when the male opened his car trunk to take the clothes out. I see that there are staff on duty which I appreciate greatly and thank you for that. I still rate this place a 5 star because staff is great, price is reasonable and the equipment is clean and in excellent working condition. I know that those issues are not your fault, but please do something more about the security other than cameras. I would love to keep coming here and in fact I drive 15 minutes just to go here, but I'm starting to feel unsafe at this location. My friendly suggestion is if you could maybe hire security for the high risk times and days (maybe at night and slow days) and or also have a male attendant instead of only a female especially in the night.
