If you're asian, white people will ask you customer service questions. I'm not kidding, I'm Chinese…read moreand I've been asked about the machines repeatedly. Darker skinned asians will get these questions too, I just saw a white guy run up to notify a random Filipino customer that the machine had a missing sock in it! Aside from that, the location is chill. You can grab T4 or goto empresso next door so that's a plus. It's probably even better if you're a Planet Fitness member imo. One of the machines took my $15, so I immediately spoke to an employee to ask how I could get my money back. I was told to fill out a claim slip and that the owner would contact me. It's now been over a month, and I still haven't heard from anyone. I even felt like my concerns weren't taken seriously, as if I wasn't being believed, despite the fact that the incident should be visible on the security cameras. The employees also refused to contact the owner on my behalf. I'm not just upset about the $15--I'm disappointed by the lack of customer service and communication. Because of how this situation was handled, I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this business to anyone. This version is firm, professional, and likely to have a stronger impact in a public review. If you want it to sound even more direct or more emotional, I can revise it further.
