She actually tells you not to walk on the floor. I am disabled and this makes it hard when she does this and you can't get to the washer! Last time she said we couldn't go out the Front Door till it was Dry!!! The washers are always in good shape, and the dryers work good. The drink machine works only sometimes.

The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the shop. That was a wonderful surprise! The usual lint, dust, and debris was missing. Stephanie, the attendant, was fabulous! She walked me through the controls and made recommendations on size of machine. It made a less desirable chore much better. All in all, it wasn't bad at all. I'll be less likely to avoid special laundry projects in the future.

We honestly weren't impressed with the facilities in Wildwood so we decided to drive another 20 minutes east to check out the Spanish Springs location. Best decision we made and they had a friendly and helpful employee which made a difference. This Bucharest Blvd. location has options to pay which "Wildwood" did not. (Coins OR credit card). Wash starts at $3.00 and dryers take about $1.25. Heavy items take about 35 mins. See pictures for fees on larger machines. YES... we recommend and would return!

I hate that I'm posting this review. I used to come to this laundromat last year in the late…read moreevening, wash my clothes, and throw them in dryer, then go to the gym while they dried. I tried to do the same twice this year. The first time some unhoused people with all of their belongings spread out all over the laundromat stole my dryer sheets. Not that big of a deal, annoying. Tonight, though, tonight took the cake. I came back to the laundromat from the gym around 10:30 and found A NAKED UNHOUSED GUY HAD STOLEN MY BLANKET FROM A DRYER. He was laying there, NAKED, on a table with MY blanket on top of him. He eventually sat up, barely concealing his nudity, while I ran out. This place needs to close at night, it should not be 24 hours. It's sad that the unhoused have no place to go at night, but don't get your things stolen because of it.
