I had my old insurance paper card in hand and my new card was emailed to me from my insurance company DIRECTLY! They informed me that they can't accept it from my phone and they needed a paper copy. Okkk, so I asked if I could print it to their printer? Them: No, it's not wireless. Me: Ok, can I email it to you? (Thinking as slow as they were, they would want your business and printing a sheet of paper would t be that hard) One of the men: he raised his eyebrows at me and turned around as he was walking back inside said: "I don't give out my personal email address." Me: I didn't ask for your personal email address. you don't have a company email? The other man: can you call your insurance company and have them fax it to us ? Me: wow! I guess y'all just really don't want my business today. Sounds like they need to get some high schoolers in there to teach them some technology! Blamed it on "corporate"... Review from last year It's hard to find honest, competent mechanics for a fair price. These guys deserve a 5-star rating. You can send your mother, your sister, and your neighbor. Auto repair is never inexpensive, but get a couple of quotes, and you will not find a better choice. There are some quality shops around Weatherford, but they have high prices and an attitude. You can even drop your car on Sunday afternoon for Monday repairs if needed. After repairs, if you need your car inspected then go to North Main Lube.
