During the party, guests kept asking me where I found her as they were amazed at the beauty and detail of her face painting art. Some guests were also interested in hiring her for their future events. Her balloon twisting skills were also amazing. She created a pair of angel wings that some of the girls wore thruout the party. Suzannah is a wonderful teacher, kind and thoughtful and able to give good feedback, and really straight instructions on how to do the things you need to do to create a stained glass piece. I came here with my friends to make dry flower candles. I love that they have shelves worth of…read morescents. I think I spent at least 20-30 minutes just sniffing and choosing which scents I want for my candle. They gave us a paper and pen to take notes. Too bad one of my favorite scent ran out so I didn't have enough for my candle. It's also great that they gave us an option (free) to make a second/non-decorative candle, because they know it's unlikely we'd want to light up our flower candle. We spent longer than the 90 min we were allotted for the workshop, but we weren't pressured to leave or speed up.

It was really fun to pick candle scents, toppings, and mix colors for the waffle and other decorations. I decided to make a chocolate waffle with chocolate-covered strawberries. The instructor was very nice, helped remelt the wax when it started to harden while stirring, and also made the whipped cream wax (which looked very realistic). The waffle looked so realistic that when I brought it to a restaurant, a waiter told me "no outside food allowed". I was very happy with the final result and it smells so nice. Will definitely be back to make some more candles!
