My home needed a deep cleaning, especially the bathrooms. They came on time, were friendly and professional. One bathroom had stuff sticking on the floor that I couldn't remove, and they took care of it. The shower was disgusting but they cleaned it and made it like new. They cleaned areas I forgot needed cleaning and did a wonderful job on the details. They worked hard and it showed. Laura came out to my home to give an estimate and explain their services. She was friendly and easy to talk with. She didn't try to upsell.

I was going through yelp hoping to find a company that will have available appointment within this week. Many places needed appointments to be made 1-2 weeks ahead. 1 side of the duplex is under renovation and needed both sides of the duplex cleaned within the next couple of days for new tenants and I'm not located here. I went through the "Request a Quote" option, answered the questions and they responded within 10 mins. I mainly communicated with Yakira through phone calls and text throughout the whole process. They have quick service and ASAP appointments. I was surprised that they were able to go on the day of (9/27) for a walk-thru. 9/27: The day, my boyfriend and I decided to go with Dreamland Pro Cleaning Services. They offered to go over to walk through our duplex for better estimate. Turns out that there were more cleaning needed than expected but it was worth it because Yakira was very honest throughout the walk-thru on the phone. It will a 2 day cleaning process (1 side of the duplex needed extra hours of cleaning due to the extra dirtiness and dust). Finally, she gave me a total estimate and half of the amount needs to be payed first to start the service and 2nd half at the end of service. 9/28: 1st day of cleaning went really well. They started the less complicated side of the duplex. Walls were wiped clean, floors mopped, bathroom/shower wiped and cleaned (including water stains), windows & more. I believe they started cleaning the other side of the duplex as well. 9/29: 2nd day of cleaning. This side of the duplex was TOUGH especially the basement but they got through it. Walls, windows, floors, kitchen counters, bathrooms, and mirrors were wiped clean & etc. The basement was swept CLEANED. Before and after photos were sent through text. Photos attached!! Although it was a 1 time service this time. If I need another cleaning, I will call Dreamland Pro Cleaning Service again!
