It's gotta be tough to work for a company that somehow will not solve it's quality of service issues. A group of us subscribers have received 'regular' outages of service. Seems to happen with bad weather/hard rains and sometimes regularly starting Fridays and going until their office opens up on Mondays. It has a feel that management is not up to par to solve these regular outages. Why can't they get the system up and running over the weekend time, rather than after their office opens up on Mondays? Has the feel of intentional outages (to save them money?) ... or just plain incompetent management/ownership.
