They are all very knowledgeable about how to do all the jobs and get it done quickly and well. Prices are good for the jobs.     I had an extremely disappointing and costly experience at this UPS Store location. I brought in two…read moreseparate subwoofer boxes for my business, BassWave Boxes, and had already purchased two UPS shipping labels through Shippo. I emailed both labels to the store so they could print them and attach them to the correct boxes. Because both packages were going to different customers, I specifically told the employee multiple times to double-check the labels and make sure the correct label went on the correct box. Unfortunately, the labels were switched, and both customers received the wrong packages. One of those customers needed his box for a time-sensitive competition/show, so this mistake caused a major issue for my customer and my business reputation. I contacted UPS corporate and was told this location is a franchise, so I had to deal directly with the store. I do want to be very clear about one thing: the general manager, James, was extremely helpful and did everything he could within his power to help me. He was respectful, understanding, and actually tried to help resolve the situation. My issue is not with James. My issue is with the ownership of this franchise. The owner refused to cover the return labels needed to correct the mistake, leaving me to fix and pay for the problem myself, even though the label mix-up happened at their store. I understand mistakes happen, but what matters is how a business handles those mistakes. In this case, I feel like the owner failed to take proper accountability for a serious shipping error that affected my customers, my business, and my reputation. I would strongly recommend that anyone shipping important or time-sensitive packages from this location personally verifies every label before anything leaves the store. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this UPS Store for business shipping or anything that needs to be handled carefully.
