To wash it down of my system, I ordered one of my favorite go-to drinks at a Cha Chaan Teng - Iced lemon tea with less sweet and less ice. For those of you who have not tried an iced lemon tea at a Hong Kong style cafe, it is unlike the canned iced tea that you get where the taste of lemon and tea is overshadowed by the amount of syrup. The iced lemon tea in a typical Hong Kong style cafe is made of fresh lemon slices and brewed tea (and you could request the amount of syrup to be added). It's a refreshing drink. Overall, the service here is efficient and I definitely see that the decor and everything are nostalgic to a lot of people living in Hong Kong. They still write down the price of your order on a piece of paper off of a memo pad as your receipt which is the very old fashioned way of taking an order at a Hong Kong style cafe.
