Very friendly staff. It's probably normal for most guys who walk in there alone feeling embarrassed or creepy, but the staff (especially the female staff) were friendly, open, & honest. The one staff person asked me if she could help me with anything and when I told her, she gave me all sorts of insight and even told me what she personally prefers and uses for herself. I have actually been to this place twice now. The first time I was slightly embarrassed as most men are when frequenting this type of place, especially with a cute female employee. I sought out said employee again (she said she remembered me), and this time I told her what I was looking for. Without hesitation she led me to the area of clothing I was looking to buy. Like mature adults, we discussed what I was seeking, she made other suggestions of items similar, and ultimately helped me purchased two items right in step with what I was seeking. There were never any high pressure sales, any of that "you ought to be ashamed for coming in here" type attitude or anything other than honest and friendly assistance. I have had tougher times buying household appliances than frilly lingerie. I left a very happy customer and will return in a few weeks for casual browsing and hopefully make a purchase. The store was bright, clean, well-stocked with videos, novelties, and clothing items. It was not the proverbial seedy, sticky "porn shop".
