I've done this to support Danny's, but some of your staff have taken on practices that are discriminatory. My bag is literally the same size as a purse for it to have been of such concern. I'll continue to build my collection through Amazon instead of Danny's. Shame on those people. The woman working was possibly biracial, mid to late 40's in age. Edit: I will take things personally when me, the Black person, is asked to do what white people are not asked to do. That's simple enough that I'm sure you or anyone else could understand. What the problem is I come in contact with two employees blocking the door, I say hi are you open I n which one of then replies yes. They still don't move. Meanwhile seconds go by with dead silence. Then the other employee says you can say excuse me... then finally the other employee says oh you want to come in here,? Well yeah duh.. get thefuck outta the way I think to myself. So as they make room for me to go in the cashier employee says excuse works too. I'm sorry but if you are blocking an entrance way then technically you are in my way. You should be saying oh excuse us for bring in your way. Come on in. No I was argued with 2 on 1 about who was right n who was wrong. If I was in the way of them I'd expect it. Yeah then I'd say excuse me but for the love of all things polite know when your wrong and simply apologize. Please have employees that are trained properly in dealing with customers. What if I was trying to be as low key as possible . Say I didn't want to talk to anyone or if I was mute. The point is I wasn't in anyone's way. When I see two employees blocking the doorway I assume maybe they are closed. So I asked are you open. Not hey excuse me I'm trying to get past you employees into what I'm not sure what your blocking. So for the record it was Sunday evening at around 7:30 7/17/22. On another note maybe your store is always empty due too these thug like characters making people say excuse me. You have lost me as a customer. I went back to return it (10 minutes later) and the sales person gave me an attitude like it was my fault. We are always given the time and space that we need to comfortably decide on products, but not left searching for an employee if we did need help or have any questions. This visit specifically, I had a couple of questions, and Chris was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful, as all of the employees we've ever spoken to there have been. I had mentioned a specific product I had previously purchased there, and he took the time to get my opinion on the product.
