Great experience in picking up some couples items at this location. Very clean and organized, Spice2Nite was a welcome stop during my brief 2-day stay in nearby Willow Grove. Had it not been for a Yelp search of nearby locations, I would have never found it. Located next door to a popular restaurant on Easton road, Spice2Nite has everything from videos, books, fetish toys/regular toys and contraceptives. The store also sells quite a bit of lingerie of various sizes. I even saw men's lingerie + gag gifts, for those that have a kinky side. I greatly appreciated the customer service from the two ladies while at this location. They were quite open-minded yet professional in discussing couples items, and made some valid purchase recommendations. They put me at ease and reaffirmed my purchase choices, of which I greatly appreciated. Let me just say, for about two years now, I've worked and lived in this area, and I thought Spice2Nite was an Indian restaurant. I can just imagine if I had asked a date to meet me there for dinner. The subtext of "inspire passion" gave it away, eventually. So, I stopped in last week, and I was pleasantly surprised! I did not expect to see a classy, clean, well-lit place like this right down the street from me, in good ol' Horsham! They had a really great selection of toys, videos, books. and novelties. Lots of fun stuff to look around at, particularly if you're with a friend or romantic partner. I also liked that many of the toys had "samples" out of package,so you could feel the texture, the weight, etc. The staff was really friendly and not intrusive. And the prices were just about right. Although I was only browsing that first time, I do plan to go back, with a few purchases in mind. I was just going to give them 4 stars, but they got a 5th for being so discreet with their signage, store name, and window displays, which is important for people who don't want to be obvious about the fact that they are going into an adult store. I had a great experience! I've driven by numerous times and thought, "oh that place is probably so shady". well boy was I WRONG! you walk in to a brightly lit, clean and organized store. the register/check out area is a large open circle in the middle of the store. and waiting to greet me and my friend was a friendly blonde saleswoman. we wondered around eventually found the items we were looking for...after a couple minutes my friend went and asked for help. described her situation and what she was looking for; the saleswoman was knowledgeable about the products and extremely helpful!! What a great, clean, not-at-all-sleazy store. There have been some I've been afraid to walk into. The merchandise is high quality and the salespeople are discreet and will leave you alone if you don't want help. But, if like me, you're looking for suggestions, they are all over it! The salesperson listened to what I was looking for, showed me some suggestions, described how to use them -- she was intelligent and well-trained on the features of the toys I looked at. Always a good and pleasurable experience here. Don't feel that "awkwardness" you feel when walking into other adult stores or don't feel like someone is looking over my shoulder the whole time. Also staff is ALWAYS helpful and knowledgeable with everything they have. You can actually talk to the staff about whatever you want unlike other places they'll just give you one word answers or just the answer and nothing else. I shop at Spice2nite's sister store, located in Malvern, PA. There is a great selection of product, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are in the midst of renovating, and it's looking great! It has a much classier feel - and did i mention, they have a Dressing Room! I've been to the Spice2nite store located in Horsham to attend some of the events that they've held. They serve beverages and snacks, which is a really nice touch! For one of the events that I attended, they had a prize wheel that you got to spin after checkout, and you would automatically win a prize - so fun! The staff was really nice, as they let both my boyfriend and I spin the wheel, so we won 2 prizes, even though we checked out together. I was recently in the Horsham area visiting a friend, and decided to stop in to Spice2Nite on my way home. I was interested in a product that was talked about on the radio. The girl knew exactly what I was talking about, and although they did not have that exact item, she was able to suggest a comparable item, that was of a better quality. When I got home, a did a bit of research online, and it turns out, I did end up with the better item. Thank you Spice2nite Malvern & Horsham! Me and my man were looking for an adult store near us and came across spice 2 nite. The store itself is very well kept, clean and organized. They have a wide variety of sexy outfits & toys.. more than many of the other places we have checked out. I was happy to see only female staff members (not creepy pervs) which makes the whole experience more comfortable. The manager Carolyn was extremely helpful and went beyond our expectations! I went there last nite and it was a very bad experience The Customer Service is Awful. They come & check with you , if you would like any help but they are very rude. They are kind of pushing us on our selection of items and confused me, being a 1st timer it took a while for me to pick things that I like. The customer service is very poor and they did not what the correct price of the item and there is no price tag on it. One sales lady say one thing other totally contradicting.. Clean store with lots to choose from. Sales associate was okay, she was helpful but her demeanor after I asked to use the fitting room was a bit uncomfortable. One top I had kept slipping off the hanger so I draped it over the top of hanger so it won't fall off. She went into the fitting room with me and took everything off the hangers one by one and laid it out and when she got to the hangers with the tops, she asked me really loudly and a bit harsh "why is this hanger empty?". I was a bit taken a back by her tone and responded that I put the top around the hook on the hanger since it kept slipping and then she saw it and said "Oh". Then left and asked me to let her know if i need something. Not even 1 minute later she was yelling to me asking if I need something. I hadn't even gotten the first thing on and it made me feel uncomfortable. My boyfriend wasn't a big fan of her loud volume when we asked about some of the products. We wanted advice but didn't necessarily want the whole store to know our questions. It seemed like the associate kept on us as if we were stealing, which made me not want to really spend much more time there, so we only bought a few things then left. Besides the fitting room incident, everything we picked up she was right there next to us asking if we wanted her to take it off our hands and put it at the register. I went to check out Spice2Nite because I received a giftcard for Christmas, and was so glad I did. The store is big, clean and well lit. They have a huge selection of movies and mags, and tons of costumes and shoes. Their toy section is on the smaller side. The employees there were helpful and friendly, and while I was there most of the patrons were women, which was refreshing. Great shop! read more
