I visited Bra Spectrum last Saturday with my mom. We wandered in without appointments, but the owner was able to measure and size us with no trouble at all! She asked us questions about our preferred fit (band tightness, style of bra, do we prefer smooth or lace construction), measured our band sizes, and for each of us brought back options to see which cups would fit us best. The first one she brought back for me was a perfect fit, and fit me better than any bra I have worn in my entire life. I ended up purchasing 3 of that style (Corin Virginia) in different colors, and still a week later am amazed at how much more comfortable they feel, how much better my back feels, and how much better my clothes look with this bra under them. The owner said that once I wear these particular bras that I would be addicted, and she's not wrong! She explained that the brands she carries are engineered in specific ways. The way I see it, at Bra Spectrum they find a bra that fits you rather than trying to make you fit in it like would happen at certain stores (cough Victoria'sSecret cough). Now, if you're used to buying your bras from stores like Target you will balk at the cost. If you buy your bras from stores like Soma or VS, you still might be hesitant (I spent about $25 more than what a basic bra from VS costs), but the bras I found here are worth every penny. All I see when I look at bras I spent less on are wasted money since they didn't fit well, and made me feel poorly about myself. The quality of these bras is incredible, and it is so worth the investment in them and yourself. I can't wait to go back and explore more from this store, and ask the owner for more recommendations. It has been less than a week and I have now told multiple people about how life-changing getting a proper fitting and bra has been, and I hope you have that experience too. read more

The quality of product and the owner's knowledge is absolutely worth 5 stars, but this is a small business and unfortunately I've seen them struggle with some administrative things, like opening on time. I waited all week to come in for new bras, and drove 30 minutes to get here, only to stand outside in the cold for 20 minutes waiting for the store to open. I confirmed from the website that they were supposed to be open, and called but got no response. Not sure what happened. Next time I'll call ahead before I waste my time. It's a shame, because their service is otherwise very impressive. read more

Great selection of high-end lingerie. Prices appear to start around $40 and go up from there. Lost stars due to high pressure up-sell attempt on everything from pajamas to candles. The brands carried in this store include Corin (Poland) Nikol Djumon and Lauma (Latvia) and Sermija (Lithuania) to name just a few. These brands are perfect for women who have a small rib cage and full bust. They offer fashionable and uplifting styles, and if you know a lot about bras (like I do!) you know they have lots of forward projection, which helps keep your breasts very "front and center." These bras are EXTREMELY hard-to-find in the US, and are VERY sought-after by lingerie die-hards. The woman working at Bra Spectrum was the perfect balance of "attentive but not pushy." I'm very familiar with bra fit and don't need to be re-sized, so the saleswoman brought me a great selection bras, and offered feedback on how the pieces worked for me. The owner is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to fitting bras and matching a style to fit your body type. Their prices are also most reasonable. I love this place. The owner is meticulous about ensuring the bra fits properly and ensuring you have ample opportunity to try on many bras for fit. I travelled an hour to see her, and I was not disappointed. I bought four bras and, two weeks later, am still very happy with the purchases I made.
