I found my new wing place. The wings were fresh, cooked the way I like them, extra, extra crispy. My girlfriend ordered the chicken sandwich which she really liked. I'll be back and will bring some friends.!! read more

Pleased with everything! The person who was working there was super friendly and helpful, which isn't always the case. The food was made to order and it was fresh and hot. Wings were cooked perfectly and the chicken sandwich was very good . The place was clean, and they had the soccer game on! Decent prices .. we will go again ! read more

The last 3 times I have ordered from Spice Wing, the orders have been cancelled by the restaurant with ZERO EXPLANATION. Twice on Postmates and once straight from the Spice Wing app ... one time on Postmates was for a pickup order, where we were sitting in the parking lot and watched 3 employees walk out cursing and hollering at basically the same moment our order was cancelled. This is the WORST service I have ever dealt with. read more

I ordered the wings, of course. The sauces were on point. Hot lemon pepper and hot Buffalo. The only issue was the wing size, their wings are on the smaller side. Overall okay, but very expensive for what you get. read more

We did an online order and went to pick it up. We ordered hot honey lemon pepper (we did not taste honey or lemon which makes me think we didn't get the right flavor) and kickin bourbon. The food was ready when we got there which was great, the guys at the restaurant were nice enough however someone had a very heavy hand with the seasonings. I will say the wings were a decent size and cooked perfectly just way too salty and drowning in sauce, with a little work I think it could be great. We'll definitely give it another shot and report back! read more

Wasn't expecting such good wings, I'm going to be honest. I ordered crispy hot lemon pepper and they were excellent! Cooked just how I ordered and the sauce was great. I really enjoyed my experience, and will definitely be back! read more

just ordered 50 dollars worth of wings all I asked for was blue cheese !!! guess what I didn't get

I didn't expect the wings here to be as good as they were. Their jerk chicken wings are officially my favorite wings in the world. The hot buffalo and lemon pepper were also fantastic. read more

Really good wings but my major complaint is that this is a fast casual restaurant and it took over 30 mins to get our food. We ordered the chicken and waffles. Was very good. The tenders were pure breast meat. The wings here also very good. The fries really tasty as well. The carrots and celery were dried out and old. We finished our meal and the woman who was waiting there right after we ordered was still waiting when we finished eating. That's too long to wait for a fast casual restaurant. read more

The food is good. The wings are made to order. They have a lot of sauce choices. It's good enough that you forget the train wreck of everything else. However, there is so much going wrong at this location. I understand the wait for fresh food, but the employees make me believe it's their first day on the job. Five people before us waiting and orders are wrong and they've ran out of certain items. A couple of refunds on food have been issued. If you're in a rush, DO NOT come here. read more

Great and friendly service, wings where tasty, many options, clean, will definitely be back! A little on the price side. read more

Was torn about trying here as some past reviews were mixed. I understand it is recently under new management, so we gave it a go. We're glad we did. The wings were delicious with lots of sauce choices. The fries were also really good. Can't wait to try to wings and waffles. Service was super friendly, helpful and much more pleasant and better than many other places we've gone to. read more

We have stopped here on two more occasions and have to upgrade our original rating to reflect FOUR stars. On both our past visits over the past few months we have received excellent, fast service and the food has been served hot and fast with generous portion sizes. The inside dining area continues to be clean and comfortable and they are a business we will continue to return to. read more

Wow!!! These literally are the BEST wings I have ever had! I recently moved to the area and was looking for Friday night dinner and I stumbled upon this place. Boy am I glad I did! I've been back every Friday for three weeks in a row! The place is very clean and they have indoor and outdoor seating plus they sell beer! The staff that I came in contact with were very pleasant. The owner (I think) helped me choose the sauce for my wings and fries. He let me sample the three sauces I was torn between. All of the sauces are very tasty! I settled on lemon pepper (of course) and bourbon. You can choose from a variety of different cut fries. I chose waffle cut with cajun seasoning. I wasn't put off by the price being exactly what you would expect to pay at a wing spot. Once my food was done in about 10 minutes I was completely blown away!! The wings were normal size and cooked to a crispy perfection with plenty of seasoning and sauce! The fries were abundant and hot. I'm addicted!! Needless to say I will be back next Friday for my fix! read more

Dawsonville GA location This is not about the food it about the whole staff not wearing masks !! The girl at the counter was not wearing a mask or the kitchen staff but we were then she came around to the table with no mask and gave us our food we ordered how rude Get with the safety for your employees and customers!!! read more

I'm torn on this place. I like the idea but I'm not sure if the price and food match for me. We came here and my husband got wings and I got tenders. The concept here is your pick you chicken such as wings or tenders and then pick your sauce and pick your fries. They have a few different fry options from standard fries to waffle, spiral etc and if you want flavoring in your fries. The food was hot and fresh. I got my sauce on the side so I could dip and make sure I liked it. All in all the food was good, but nothing special and nothing that makes it stand out and want me to rush back. It was around $25 for 2 people with drinks. Like I said nothing special to make me want to rush back, but nothing bad either. read more

Absolute WORST SERVICE EVER! We ordered a big box of 100 wings plus additional wings. Paid the $8 delivery fee, then added tip of $27 because our order was so big. Based on the online ordering website they came with veggies. When we called they said they don't do veggies anymore. Obviously wish we knew that before we ordered. Then when we opened everything, we realized they did not include 20 of our mild wings. Called back talked to manager. Said they only had 3 staff workers there. Sorry, still doesn't help me with my missing wings. Then said they didn't have it on their receipt. Well, I gave them my receipt with the order on it. Then said they didn't appreciate the way I was talking. I just stated that I want my order, I will even come get it. Nope, they have no record of it. We've always ordered regular size dinner orders from them, but do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from them if you have a large order. Obviously we will never order from them again since we got ripped off. Really regret tipping them now! Horrible manager, especially when she said it was the owner's fault for the online ordering. read more

The wings were very dry and they don't have much selection of sauces it's okay I can make better ones at home.

Our favorite wing place in Dawsonville! Great family owned place, who are fast and friendly! Lots of flavors that everyone can enjoy! I recommend the Lemon Pepper, Korean BBQ and Hot! Those are some of our families favorites. read more

I just ordered online and asked for 10 pcs mix and match teriyaki and hot sauce. I thought that mix and match was two different sauces but no. With no explanation in the description that it is a mix of boneless and bone in. I asked for 1 blue cheese and 1 ranch. I get home and I got 2 ranches and no sauce on the hot wings. I also have two bone in wings and three chicken nuggets for each the hot and teriyaki'. And the teriyaki nuggets taste burnt. This not the first time they have messed my order up but it will be the last time. read more

Spice wing is such a pleasant surprise to have in Dawsonville. I no longer live in the area, but it's one of my main go to places when I come back to visit. I'm a spicy food lover with wings being top of my list and the boneless citrus chipotle and boneless Cajun are some of my favorite wings. I'm excited to come back and try new flavors and the original wings. Also, the concept of seasoned fries and in different forms: curly, straight, waffle, and wedge is incredible. I'm a big fan of the Cajun curly fries. One of the best things spice wings has to offer is the option for jalapeño ranch. It's perfect for the fries and the wings and one of my favorite ranches. The restaurant is small and has some outside seating, but works well for take out. The menu has a wide range of chicken options and even chicken and waffles. They also have fried Oreos and fried Twinkies. They have the option for ordering online and picking up. The staff is very friendly and it seems they're still working out some of the being new kinks, but all in all a great place to come to grab some wings. It works well for both those who want to share or for those who can't agree and want to get their own flavors and fries. Definitely worth giving this place a try! read more

The wings here are really good and the hotdogs are even better!!! Definitely loving the new hotdog factory. My husband and I love coming here everybody is always so nice. read more

Cannot beat the wings or tenders! Tenders were HUGE. Don't get the large plate as you will never eat them all. Great flavors, great service, great people. Not a lot of seats but we are out on the patio. Drink machine was down but big deal. If you want wings that's fine right...go here. Four types of fries with seasoning if you would like also. Great prices and great food! read more

Me and a friend where craving wings so we went here over the other places do to it's ease of access. When we entered staff where friendly to first timers and explained everything on the menu and answered questions. After ordering it took like 12 minutes for 25 wings and frys. Food was delicious and wings where a good size. Wings where covered in sauce and the siracha and hot sauces where delicious. All in all a great experience and I'm surprised it's not busier. read more

My boyfriend and I were visiting the area and stopped by this place. The wings has way too much fat on them, and made me really sick later. I can't believe I continued to eat them, but at the time, I was very hungry and had no time to stop anywhere else. Never ever again. read more

Wings were tasty but they were the smallest I have ever had I'm ok w small wings but you can't offer small wings at big wing price read more

I think this one has new owners... it used to be great. Went last night and it was terrible. Wings tasted old. The guys that were "working " there were sitting together in folding chairs instead of working. So sad to see it go so far downhill. I am still not feeling well from last nights dinner. read more

Wings were good once we picked the feathers off of them ourselves. They get that part figured out it'll probably be a decent place to go.

Got the chicken and waffles with Cajun fries and they were amazing! My fiancé got the lemon pepper chicken wings and Garlic Parmesan waffle fries and those might be the best french fries ive ever tried in my life. Now I'm so full but can't wait to come back! read more

I love their wings and fries! Their spices and sauces are so good! I tried lemon pepper wings and garlic Parmesan wings on my first visit. I loved it so much, I had to order the same on my next visit. One day I'll try a different one! I love that their wings are crispy and hot!! read more

I place and order over the phone for pick up on the way over to pick up my order I got a text saying it was ready for pick up and to just give my name once I arrive . When I got to the restaurant my food wasn't ready. I had to wait 10 minutes for them to finish cooking my wings. When I got home to eat my wings they gave me my wings plain I had ordered them lemon pepper and half plain and they where over cooked and dry . I called the restaurant and I told the gentleman that my order was wrong and he cared less he told me it was impossible that he make no mistake because he knew what he was doing he asked me to take them back I told him no because I wasn't going to drive back it was too late and he told me o well he knew what he was cooking and doing again.I told him next time I will take him and show pictures that I took of my wings. Terrible customer service he dint apologize at all just hang up the phone.I spend so much money it wasn't worth read more

Over cooked and over glazed. My kids waffles were over cooked and crispier than the chicken tenders they got. The chicken tinders weren't bad but nothing great. My wife and I got wings. The glaze had good flavor. But there was a LOT of it. The actual chicken was over cooked. 3 stars for a very friendly staff and cleanliness. Not sure I'll be back though. read more

This place is disappointing. I'm a big wing fan and was excited when they opened in Dawsonville. The wings are very small and are not as good as a typical pizza place - so not sure how you can have a wing place when you don't do them well. The sauces were boring and the wings could be cooked better. They put them in a styrofoam container for take out, which gets them soggy. Not worth the price - Pizza Azzuri nearby has great wings and will continue to go there read more

Was very impressed, the Honey Hot is a new and great tasting flavor. Definitely coming back!

This place is literally one of the best wing places around here. It took 5 minutes to get the order and the deep fried Oreos are literally to die for. The wings are the main event and their fry options make it a tasty side. I think I'm impressed with their ghost pepper sauce the most though, very savory read more

The original hot wings were delicious, get the 100 piece for yourself. The chicken and waffles isn't that special, but if you're craving it , it will do just fine. Also, the place is very clean. There was Jesus music playing on the screen though. read more

I don't like wings, so my husband got me chicken tenders. I had low expectations. But omg. They were SO GOOD!! Some of the best of any restaurant! read more

Very nice staff but the food is overpriced and it's nothing special inside. I am planning on giving it another try.

We have eaten here several times and it has been hit or miss if the orders come out correct. Tonight, it was a big disappointment. The wings were extremely small and barely had any meat on them. The garlic parm fries just had a glob of butter on them. Due to the price and the quality of the wings, we will think twice about eating here again. read more
