The chili sauce they cook it in is phenomenal, so much flavor and so rich, cooked also with onions and peppers alongside the MOMO. They were clearly cooked fresh! The samosas were very nice as well, but their dipping sauce a bit hot for me. I just ate without because they're so good, you really don't need a sauce! The portions are amazing. Very good value for the money, in my opinion. I also really enjoyed the mango lemonade I had - free refills while you're eating in! 1000/10, I highly recommend this restaurant for a casual, delicious meal with some real flavor. He was attentive, was very punctual in bringing our food which was needed with a baby that could smell the food from the kitchen. We went with one of the combo platters that included the lentil pancake (I forgot the exact name), 5 momos a different type of meat/veggie in the center and perfectly crisp samosas to top it all off. Meat or no meat they didn't disappoint. The chicken fried rice Leaned more towards the tastes and spices of a biryani dish which I was definitely not mad about. To finish things off we ordered the pan fried chicken momos which were savory but also felt like a treat :) There needs to be more Nepalese food like this because it's the perfect marriage or Chinese and Indian food all rolled into one. The old fashioned was one of the best I've had anywhere, full stop. Not an easy thing to pull off and they nailed it. Service was outstanding. I had to step into a work call mid-meal and they were completely cool about it, no weird looks, no rush, just genuinely accommodating. That kind of hospitality is rare and it means a lot. The shahi paneer was the reason this review was 4 star and not 5. There was a lot of the gravy and very little actual paneer in the dish. The waitress was receptive to this feedback and said she would let the kitchen know. Im hoping by time we try them again this will be fixed. Take 36 and exit south on McCaslin Blvd about 0.7 miles. They have the lowest priced buffet than any similar Tibetan, Nepali, or Indian buffets in Boulder. If you are humble enough to eat food that is not piping hot, and more like the temperature of food served at an Indian or Tibetan temple, than you'll enjoy this wonderful buffet. Also, keep in mind that Tibetan curries are much thinner and less spicy hot as the thick and heavily spicy hot curries of a typical Indian curry served in the U.S. If you are a vegetarian like me than I think you will enjoy their buffet.

This place has dosas and they are delicious and massive! They also have dal makhani which was amazing. The mutton briyani was so flavorful and a perfect amount of spice.
