    Veg. Samosa

Wanted to try something different instead of ordering the traditional India cuisines so ordered the chicken tikka masala pizza (non traditional fusion), dry gobi Manchurian, veg samosas, and mango lassi- more of the traditional apps I am Bengali- so speaking from a south Asian perspective, the food overall was seasoned very well. I would definitely get carry out food again but try more of the traditional dishes like the biryani and the chicken curry dishes. I would give the Chicken tikka masala pizza a 5/10 I was expecting the pizza to be a bit more bigger but it was the size of my hand. Not sure if the size was mentioned on the website? The pizza crust was not really a pizza crust, it was very thick almost like a naan consistency. The chicken tikka masala gravy was average. I probably would not get this again. Dry gobi Manchurian was probably the best dish we got. It was seasoned very well. But probably would have been better if we dinned in and ate it instead of carry out bc it got a bit soggy by the time we got home. Veg samosas were good. It was a bit over fried but the filling was good. Would get this again. The chutneys were also good. Mango lassi was good. It was definitely more on the less sweet side which I like but alittle too much rose water of a flavor- which my husband loved, me not so much. This place was definitely in the cut. You have to drive up the hill and then drive all the way down. The area is a bit shady and I wouldn't feel comfortable eating inside to be honest. Compared to other Indian restaurants in York, Pa this was definitely the best. Hence will be back to try the other dishes bc the chef seems promising.

Menu prices and what they charged me. The goat was +6 extra dollars!!!!

They are deceptive in their prices/charges. Their menu has 2 prices- one for cash price and one card price and they charged me the full card price. My receipt is price and screenshots of the menu as of today. Would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Wouldn't trust that they put in their food if they are dishonest and do not care about their customers. Oh and they charged me an extra +6 dollars for the goat appetizer!!! The manager ARGUED WITH ME and would not return the money- that's theft. Anyways if you want a bad experience- this places delivers 100%.

Grabbed some takeout for the family, everything was great! Chicken Korma, Tikka Masala, and Coconut…read moreChicken were great! Enjoyed the Chicken Jhol Momo dumplings as well. My order was ready as soon as I came to pick it up, kind and friendly service. Everything tasted hot and fresh when we ate it at the house. We'll definitely be back again in the future.

This is by far the worst Indian food I've ever had. If you want to waste your money on Indian food…read morego here. As a South Asian, I have never been this disappointed. Mango lassi- full of food coloring and the cardamom flavor is so overpowering! You literally cannot even taste any mango. Idk why this lassi was orange bc mango lassi is usually yellow. Naan- literally pre made Costco naan. Not even fresh or in house made. And they're charging $3-$4 for one piece?! Bollywood Platter Appetizers- pakoras are just batter with orange food coloring. The chicken pakora was freezer burn chciken dipped in besan batter. Dumplings were probably the only thing my husband said was edible. Samosa was also below average- literally taste like the frozen ones from the Indian grocery store. So if they is also pre made Costco samosas I wouldn't be surprised. Butter chicken- the worst! Again. I don't understand why you need to use so much orange food coloring. Bland gravy. No salt, the cardamon flavor was so overpowering that it was not edible. Food was around $37-$40. Over priced horrible "Indian food". I even requested the gentleman who took my order to make it desi style so if this is desi style then idk what their regular food taste like. I have tried so many Indian restaurants around central pa and this was by far the WORST. If you want good AUTHENTIC Indian food go to Banana Leaf in Mechanicsburg. I really want to support local businesses near me but if my money is getting wasted like this I will not support them. Never coming back.
