My cousins first introduced us to Punjab during our visit last summer. And since then - my sister and I have been craving for them. We have been fortunate to have the family visit us this week. They brought us a whole box full of Samosas. The Samosas are like huge fried wontons with a mixture of potatoes, spices and CURRY. Not much response. Nan bread arrived yuck greasy. Had to walk up to the counter again to ask for water and a beer. 20 minutes later the water arrived...Luke warm from tap. Beer wasn't much better.
