My reverse osmosis quit working. Need service? Well, that will take 10 days - yes DAYS to reconnect to your WiFi. Billing issues? Good luck. I received a bill for over $400 (monthly payment is under $60). I was TOLD they changed ACH provider SIX months ago. Never contacted me - even with my email and phone number. When I called, obviously upset, they hung up on me. Very mature way to handle a customer trying to understand how on earth my bill is over $400. Oh and THEY never contacted me, but managed to charge me $17 A MONTH LATE charge for all the months they did not reach out to tell me they changed service for my automatic payment. I was told OVER SIX MONTHS they were going thru a list to reach customers. So, they couldn't email me? They couldn't call me in six months to tell me to re-register my automatic payment? $17 a month late charge for THEIR ERROR? Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND. Rudest customer service ladies you were ever find. I would give ZERO stars if possible.

Communication can go a long way but They consistently did not return phone calls and when we did connect they could never give any updates as to when our RO installation would take place. In the end they offered a refund on our deposit, but that took another 4 weeks to get. Deposit paid in 12/2/25; refund in hand 2/25/26. Called another local company and had our RO system installed within 5 days of calling.
