You and your friends have 1 hour exclusively to shop with no shopping minimum that needs to be met. I can not wait to schedule a Sip N Shop with our family! What is more fun than your girls, shopping, and sipping?! I bought some super cute earrings this time but I am looking forward to going back and buying some new outfits next time. So my wife made an appt with the clerk for 6 pm on Saturday. We showed up and not only did they not have an appt for us, they said their seamstress doesn't even come on til 7:30. We weren't going to wait 90 min to see if we could possibly be seen. The clerk had no idea what was going on, never offered to speak to a manager, and never offered any concessions or discount on the anticipated service. Their attitude indicated that they clearly had sufficient business that they did not need to concern themselves with us or our time. This was a horrible experience with non-existent customer care or support. We will not be using them in the future. If you desire alterations, make sure you confirm at least 2-3 times and get something in writing as it appears they take nothing less than that as proof of an appt.

The black lady (Grinch who stole Christmas attitude) this evening that was working at the register was rude she was returning a basket and I was going to get one I just asked politely if I could use the one she was returning since I was walking toward the baskets and she had an attitude about it. She said "they're all right there." Very unprofessional. Wow if you don't like your job quit. Wish my black Mom came with me because I know she would've said something to her...can you teach your employees not everyone they think as "other" steal and the sad part is most of them are minorities. Wanted to shop in peace but every time I looked up an employee was staring. Wow, do better. I hope other military vets and people in general have better shopping experiences and hopefully some of the employees will have better training. Unless it's the managers that teach them that then they need to get trained as well- Thank you to the lady that helped me at the dressing room and to the young lady that checked me out at the register (Caitlyn). She was very sweet. I appreciate people that take care of customers. -Ret military veteran

We don't usually find anything in malls (or in Journeys) that is both affordable and amazing, but we like browsing, and do for hours in any given mall, and Journeys was a good store to browse. Service is okay, and I'm not really sure of the reasons for the awful reviews, except probably that the only people who would bother to write a review for this little Mall store are the people who have been having a particularly bad experience.
