Store itself isn't massive, but for the size they are, they have plenty of stuff and it's all displayed very nicely. In the far back they have a room that is pretty much dedicated to tools. In the up front spaces (Currently end of November) there is a lot of focus on the upcoming holiday season with, obviously, Christmas taking center stage. Many of the booths offer percent savings on some or all of the items, so there are some really good deals that can be found. Staff is all so friendly and helpful and give quality customer service any time we come in. I would highly recommend checking these guys out, especially if you're already shopping in the area.

I called customer service and they wanted to charge me full price and shipping which I told them was not acceptable. They sent me a defective vacuum from another store. I get the the new one and attempt take the other one back. It had been in the pool for approximately 1 minute before we realized the part was missing. Lady working the counter at the Gadsden store was a bit of a snot and that's being kind. They refused to take back the vacuum back. They told me I have to call the manufacturer to get a letter so they can refund me. This stores corporate return policy is absolutely the worst. If you buy something and it's not right somehow it becomes your problem. I would not recommend buying from Academy unless you have money you don't mind wasting.

Despite the fact it was really busy the store was well organized - Men's, women's and children's clothing all had it's space making it easy to shop for what you're after. Shelves were not at capacity as people were stocking up from current sales and Christmas time gifts. Several sales could be found throughout the store. The store itself was very clean and easy to navigate (things weren't crammed inside). Checkout line were exceptionally long and it took some time to make a purchase as a lot of people had pretty good stacks of items they were purchasing. The staff were following Covid standards, wearing masks and disinfecting as necessary. This location isn't bad and there are other home goods shops in the area, so if you're in the mood to do some shopping you can make a little bit of a day out of it. If you like Old Navy brand this would be a good store for you to visit.

They are in line with what you would pay at the likes of Belk, JC Penny and Academy - just to give you a baseline price. So when you factor in the sale prices, it's a little better than you could get at these places. We didn't buy anything, so we actually had no interaction with store employees. We would pop in here again, but wouldn't go out of our way to come shopping here if we weren't in the area.

Thank you, Cathy! We found a small amount of what I wanted, but unfortunately, my timing was a little off today. Apparently this is a popular store that receives both person-to-person handoff donations plus donations delivered by truck. The store was clean and well organized and the majority of the employees were helpful. Oh and the prices of my purchases were definitely reasonable. I'll be back and I hope my timing is better next time. :)

Often I see one in a catalog only to find out that it looks terrible on me. Wig world has a huge selection of wigs reasonably priced and the owner of the shop is helpful and patient. She can also order a wig that you may want and that isn't in her display. The store has accessories, turbans, jewelry and more. It's a great little store and if you haven't gone there yet, DO SO!
