I don't remember her name, but many thanks to her because I found exactly what I needed at this new store. The store has a HUGE selection of natural hair products, which is great for a lady liked me who has natural hair. The store also had a wide variety of wefted & crotchet hair, wigs, accessories, makeup, and a lot more. I believe this store could eliminate the need to find order items from online because I could probably find exactly what I needed or something similar at this store. On top of that, the employees were helpful. The manager (he may have been the owner) was very nice. He asked me how I like the store and I gave him my feedback. They definitely earned a new customer this past Saturday.

Last week, I purchased a head wrap from Beauty & Beyond. When I got home, I discovered it did not…read morefit my head. I assumed it was a defect, so I purchased another one today. This time, I opened it in the store, and it still did not fit. I immediately showed it to the employees at the register, and they could clearly see that the item did not fit as intended. Despite witnessing the issue, they refused to offer an exchange, refund, or any solution. The employee told me that I should have asked them to open it before purchasing, even though I had no reason to believe there was a problem with the product. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and unwillingness to stand behind the products they sell. Because of this experience, I will not be shopping here again and cannot recommend this store to others.

The store is always in tip top shape and there's a wide variety of products from skin care to hair care to accessories. I almost get overwhelmed due to how many items they have lol (but that's a good thing)! The customer service is always great when I come here. A while ago they had a reward point system where you spend a certain amount you get points, but this time they didn't offer that incentive. I would recommend they bring that back. Although my experience is great each time I go here, the music is a tad bit too loud. Overall, I will continue to come to this Beauty and Beyond location because they have great customer service, the store is clean, and they always have what I'm looking for!

I was due at work at noon and she was supposed to be at camp and due to swim that day. That COULD NOT HAPPEN with her hair tangled like that. I happened to stop by the shop because I had gone to Smartstyles, but they don't open til 10. I went to Salone 150, and they tried to help with a product that they sprayed on, but it wasn't working. Eric used Motions conditioner and patiently combed the tangles out and made her hair beautiful and smooth!!! She didn't even wince one time, yet she is very tender-headed-which is the reason it hadn't been combed in three days. Christopher flat ironed my hair and made it straight, straight, straight and bouncy. YET I HAVE NO PERM!!. I think they're great and the prices were SO great!!. Many of my friends have gone to Christopher for hair color and they are all caucasian women. Yet they do all hair types there for a fair price. LOVE THEM!!!
